Why our CF PLA filament? Did you know that most Carbon Fiber reinforced PLA filaments have only 5% of Carbon in them? Our filament has 20% Carbon Fibre in it - making for a substantial improvement to PLA 3d filaments. We hunted long & far to find a PLA Plus CF that actually performs like it should, & finally have got one made to our specification using PLA plus rather than standard PLA & adding fibre to it. Improved toughness & higher flexural strength are just the beginning. Add Improved surface abrasion resistance, meaning prints wont be scratched easily over other materials. Expect improved peak temperature handling performance, meaning a short burst of temperature won't instantly melt your part. And the Good looks are a bonus. The surface finish of our PLA is smooth & the material is more reliable to 3d print than cheaper options. We still recommend using 0.6mm nozzles for big prints, but 0.4mm is not a problem for standard 3d printing.

This is the upgraded 265C higher temp nozzle for the FlashForge Adventurer 3. It can be used instead of the standard 240C temperature nozzles in all compatible FlashForge adverturer 3 3d printers. This is also an easy switch nozzle, they look & work exactly like the previous 240C nozzle with the added advantage of printing to a slightly higher temperture. This is unique system allows you to quickly switch the nozzle, & heater block without any assembly. Just press the clamps on the sides of the head to push this assembly out, & then insert a new one in.

Latest ACF Film for 15" LCD Resin 3D Printers The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowerst peel force so suction forces are minised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printign high performance enginering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a sginifcatly bettter non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for the biggest of printers like Phrozen Mega 8K 15", Transform 13", etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have multiple ACFs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components. This is the flexible metal plate that fits on the new magnetic beds of FlashForge Creator 3 3D Printers. It has a Polycarbonate re-inforced build surface that provides excellent adhesion to most common materials. However, for Nylon based materials, we still recommend you put a thin layer of the glue stick on it.

Phrozen Wash Resin Cleaning liquid - The Best Resin 3D Print Cleaning
Phrozen’s Wash Resin Cleaner is a powerful cleaning agent that dissolves uncured UV resin. Allows you to wash your printed models by either spraying or soaking it directly into the liquid. These simple external filament rollers can be used to put filament rolls of any size outside your printer & feed into the 3d printer. Great to load 3kg spools of filament into smaller printers. This works easily with rolls of any size including 1kg, 3kg, 5kg etc. The bearings allow rolls to turn freely, regardless of weight. The 2 pieces can be placed as far or as near as possible, based on the width of the rolls. Particularly useful for small light weight 3d printers which would otherwise topple when a heavy roll was mounted on them.
