These simple external filament rollers can be used to put filament rolls of any size outside your printer & feed into the 3d printer. Great to load 3kg spools of filament into smaller printers. This works easily with rolls of any size including 1kg, 3kg, 5kg etc. The bearings allow rolls to turn freely, regardless of weight. The 2 pieces can be placed as far or as near as possible, based on the width of the rolls. Particularly useful for small light weight 3d printers which would otherwise topple when a heavy roll was mounted on them.

Carbon Fibre reinforced Steel board Actual board size is 490mm x 305mm Designed to fit our Creatbot F430 PEEK 3d printer but can be used in any machine of similar size. The advantage is that this surface offers very high abrassion resistance. So when you 3d print with high temp materials, the surface can last longer. The other advantage of these boards is that they can be used as removable build plates. We recommend sticking a PEI sheet on this if you want to use them in that way, as PEI is a more versatile surface & not just one for 3d printing PEEK. Please see our 400x300mm PEI sheets here.

Genuine Creatbot door handles. These are the slim thin silver coloured aluminum door handles on newer Creatbot 3d printers with hinged doors. They are the smaller size (approx 80mm long), which are used for DX, DE, F160. They are also used on the rear chamber doors of the F430. These are attached to the Acrylic doors on the D series, & corresponding door frames on F series machines.

This is the Touch Sensor used on many 3d printers like our Creatbot F430 & new D600 for the Z axi homing & auto level. If the probe tip bends or breaks, you can easily replace the probe. After many months of High Temperature printing, it is common for the probe's internal magnetism to get demagnetised due to the heat in the chamber. This can cause it to stop clicking on & off. Please replace the probe as needed.

The Teflon feed tube to connect the extruder to the head on Creatbot D series 3d printers like the Creatbot DX, DE etc. Includes the brass studs that the tube plugs into & locks into place. Screws on the head end & the extruder end. No assembly needed. Available for 3mm filament as well as 1.75mm filament based Creatbot D series machines. Please specify filament diameter, otherwise the default 3mm compatible tubes will be sent as they are more common. If your lugs break off, please consider buying this 1 piece ready tube.

Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects onto the heat sink on top & the nozzle goes at the bottom. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints. This is the Full Matal hot end which doesn't have a teflon liner inside, allowing you to easily print Carbon Fiber as well as high temp materials up to 450C. If you are new to 3d printing, you might find it useful to start with the other Teflon lined heat brake version as it can be easier to print common materials like PLA & ABS with that one. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. But it will only operate up to 260C, please do not print hotter than that else you will damage the teflon liner. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. This is a 24V DC radial fan used as the part cooling fan on Creatbot F430 & F160 3d printers. It is mounted to the side of the extruder 1 (between 1 & 2 if its a dual extruder machine) & plugs into the top extruder board above the head.

This is a high wear resistant 3d printing surface that can provide good adhesion for PEEK & PEI or other advanced polymers, with appropriate surface glues. Genuine Creatbot high temp 420 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end will work for all materials upto 420C. This hot end doesnt have a teflon liner so it can be used with abrasive materials like carbon fibre. It will also work for PLA & other common materials. However, for beginners, we sometimes recommend printing those sorts of entry level materials with the standard temp hot end which has a teflon liner, which aids the smoother flow of PLA. So its a little more forgiving for times when your settings may not be quite perfect. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately.

Genuine Creatbot standard 260 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end is only for materials upto 260C. To print hotter, please use buy the High Temp Extruder hot end. The advantage of the standard hot end is that it has a teflon liner inside which aids smooth flow of materials like PLA. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. This motor is used in the Creatbot F430 3d printer. It is the X axi motor that connects on the linear rail to move the head left to right. This is the motor only, not the fan/heatsink. Please remember to put the heatsink & fan from your old motor onto the new motor.

Power Interruption Circuit board for Creatbot desktop series D & F series 3d printers including DM , DX / DX Plus & DE / DE Plus 3D, F160 / F160 PEEK & F430 PEEK 3D Printer Printers. For D600 PRO series, PEEK 300 & F1000 series, please contact us for the appropriate part. This circuit board detects if there is a power failure while your Creatbot 3d printer is printing. Then when power resumes & the printer is started, the option to resume to resume the existing print is offered. This circuit is not critical, & the printer can still continue to be used with the board's white wire unplugged. Locations where there are excessive power outages seem to cause this board to blow out more frequently than other places. This is mainly because of spikes & voltage fluctuations in such locations. If you experience the need to frequently replace these, we recommend connecting your printer through a spike protector.

These are the drivers used to drive the stepper motors on Creatbot 3d printers. They are used for the X Y Z axi motors as well as for the Extruder motors. Different drivers have been used for the X Y axi as well as for the Z & E1 / E2. Please choose the correct model number. This is an upgraded, full metal build platform for EPAX E10 3D printers. It is compatible with all version of the E10 printer including the new E10 5K. The unique top bracket has been specially designed to fit E10 printers for optimum performance. It is a fully angled bed to allow the resin to flow down smoothly. Using this build platform will minimize resin accumulation on the top of the plate, allowing it to more readily drip back into the vat during printing. This makes clean-up and print removal faster, easier, and less messy overall so that you can spend more time printing.
