  • Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects the hot block into the extruder mechanism. This is the teflon tube lined version which makes it easy to print PLA, PETg etc thanks to the teflon liner. But it will only operate up to 260C, please do not print hotter than that else you will damage the teflon liner. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints. Will suit all Creatbot D series 3D Printers we sell including F160, F160 PEEK, F430, F430 PEEK, D600 PRO (not the older D600)

  • Esun Nylon 12 Carbon Fiber Now in NZ!

We're really proud to be the first to introduce this highly sought after Nylon 12 grade Carbon Reinforced 3d filament in New Zealand. Most other filaments are Nylon 6. Our PA12 opens up possibilities that PA6 might not be capable enough to handle. Nylon PA12 far less moisture absorption making PA12 CF more suited to use in close aqueous or wet conditions even in contact with water. PA6 can get soft if it left in water for very long. Nylon 12 also handles much hotter temperatures, is much stiffer than Nylon 6, & even stronger - better than Nylon 6/6 as well. Nylon 12 also has excellent anti static properties. It is also UL94 V2 Flame Retardant for a continuous running temp of 120C making it perfect for electronics housings. Please be aware that Carbon Fiber however is slightly conductive, so if you need insulative properties, then the Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon Filament will be a better choice. This is a 1Kg reel of 1.75mm filament. Carbon Fiber is always matte Black in colour (a very dark grey)

  • Esun Pure PolyCarbonate Filament from 3D Printer Store

Poly-Carbonate commonly referred to as just PC, is one of the most capable Functional Polymers in the world. PC is the King of cost-effective engineering thermoplastics thanks to High Temperature resistance, UV stability & Flame Retarding. Flame retardant level: UL94:V2 Pure PC handles a whooping 140C continuous operating temperature - only to be beaten by PEI / PEEK Print temperature range: 240-280℃; Black PolyCarbonate Esun Filament 0.5Kg in 1.75mm ABS will only handle 85C in most continuous high temperature applications. You can boil water in pure PC but you can't in ABS or any blended PC-ABS. Pure PC is thus food safe & common in food containers.

  • Genuine Creatbot standard 260 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end is only for materials upto 260C. To print hotter, please use buy the High Temp Extruder hot end. The advantage of the standard hot end is that it has a teflon liner inside which aids smooth flow of materials like PLA. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately.
  • This is a magnetic slide on base plate for FF AD3 3D Printer. Its got an excellent buildtak surface on it which provides excellent part adhesion & good surface finish. The metal sheet is removable & slides into the bed & gives you a new build surface to 3d print on. Its good to replace these plates as & when needed to get optimal auto correction & auto level to work, depending on how much 3d printing you are doing.
  • FlashForge Carbon Fibre PETg Filament

Made using PETG and High-Modulus Carbon Fiber, FlahForge PETG CF is a high strength, matted, easy to 3d print CF reinforced 3D printing filament. Carbon Fibre coupled with the higher temperature handling & stiffness of PETG presents an advantage over other PLA based carbon fibre filaments that soften at lower temperatures, since PLA will soften faster than Petg & is also weaker. This filament is ideal for anyone that desires a structural component with high modulus, excellent surface quality, dimensional stability, light weight, and ease of printing. Petg is also easier to 3d print than Nylon in some 3d printers. This filament is an excellent alternative to carbon fiber Nylon filaments in case you need lower moisture absorption, & higher stiffness compared to a Nylon based polymer. 1.75mm 1kg roll of PetG Carbon Fiber Filament Benefits of  PETG Carbon include: PETG Carbon Filament Material Properties
    • Density 1.3 g/cm³
    • Charpy impact Strength 3.91 KJ/m2
    • Tensile Strength 51 MPa
    • Glass temperature tg 75°
    • Superior Chemical Resistance vs. ABS

Esun High Speed PLA Plus 1Kg Black 3D Printer Filament now in NZ

PLA+ HS is the new version of the PLA+ you love, now with High Speed 3d printing capability! Get the higher flexibility, impact strength & easy to remove supports that you like about PLA+, not with any 3d printer including Bambu labs, Creality K1, Phrozen Arco etc. As easy to print as standard PLA+ & yet highly functional, PLA+HS is the future of PLA. Fast printing requires materials that can melt and cool quickly. However, to balance the speed of material melting and cooling, the physical properties of materials printed at fast speeds usually declines. In order to provide 3D printed products with superior mechanical performance despite being printed fast, Esun has developed an upgraded formulation of PLA+ called ePLA+HS is specifically designed to match high-speed printing and offers enhanced toughness. It continues to work perfectly on all 3D Printers so you can 3d print with thicker nozzles more easily. This will mean faster 3d printing for everyone, & not just for a Bambu or a K1. PLA is naturally sourced, compostible & bio-degradable. It is the easiest material to 3d print. Our range of eSun PLA+HS colours is growing everyday. This is the eSun solid Black.
  • This is an affordable versatile glue stick that works really well on all bed surfaces for all 3d printers. PLA, ABS, ASA, HIPS etc will benefit from glue particularly on glass beds. You will need glue when 3d printing with Nylon, Carbon Fibre, PolyPropylene, & other Engineering materials that don't like to stick to other surfaces. Applying glue greatly reduces warping from all materials. You can start with this cheapest glue stick, & then move to get more specialised glue sticks from our collection of bed prep adhesives here. Just apply a thin layer of this glue on a warm build surface, & print directly on it. Please take care that if printing directly on glass beds then some materials can crack the bed when taking it off after using glue. We recommend you buy a PEI sheet first rather than directly on glass or ceramic. This is a PVA based glue that easily wipes off with a damp cloth. Reapply only as needed. Less is more with Glue when used for 3d printing. 20g glue stick
