  • Esun Pure PolyCarbonate Filament from 3D Printer Store

    Poly-Carbonate commonly referred to as just PC, is one of the most capable Functional Polymers in the world. PC is the King of cost-effective engineering thermoplastics thanks to High Temperature resistance, UV stability & Flame Retarding. Flame retardant level: UL94:V2 Pure PC handles a whooping 140C continuous operating temperature - only to be beaten by PEI / PEEK Print temperature range: 240-280℃; Black PolyCarbonate Esun Filament 0.5Kg in 1.75mm ABS will only handle 85C in most continuous high temperature applications. You can boil water in pure PC but you can't in ABS or any blended PC-ABS. Pure PC is thus food safe & common in food containers.
  • Magigoo PA adhesive is specifically designed for 3D printing with polyamide (nylon) filaments. It offers a strong adhesion to the bed for polyamide based filaments. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite for Nylon. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced Nylon & Glass Filled Nylons. When printing with higher temp filaments including Nylon 6 Carbon based filaments, if the Magigoo PA doesnt perform very well in your application, we also have Magigoo HT, which may work better in some cases. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers. For printing Nylon reliably, apply a thin layer of Magigoo PA on your print bed before printing in nylon filaments. This will ensure a successful print. If too much glue has been lacquered on, please wipe with a damp sponge & then reapply glue.

  • New improved easy switch nozzle & hot end for the FlashForge Adventurer series 3D Printer. These nozzles work on Adventurer 3, Adventurer 3 Pro, & Adventurer 4 3d printers. Please choose your nozzle diameter & temperature from the dropdowns. This is a superbly easy to use, unique system that allows you to quickly switch the nozzle, & heater block without any assembly. Just press the clamps on the sides of the head to push this assembly out, & then insert a new one in. They are avilable in 2 temperature options; 240C & 260C. As well as in 2 different sizes, 0.4mm & 0.6mm. These nozzles are stainless steel, so wear much lesser than brass nozzles. With machines like the Adventurer 4, you can buy the 0.6mm nozzle head to print with Carbon Fiber. This is a real advantage for a machine in this price point to now offer Carbon FIber 3d printing capability. For older Adventuer 3 3D Printers (before 2020) we recommend you use the 240C 0.4mm nozzles.

Screws on the head end & the extruder end. No assembly needed. Available for 3mm filament as well as 1.75mm filament based Creatbot D series machines.   • These relays are used in many 3d printers including the Creatbot F430, D600 & PEEK300. Usually they are used for the Bed heater or the Chamber heater. Please select which relay you want from the list. The triger voltage is 3-32V DC. Please pick the correct type. Be sure before you install it. Relays blow instantly if you get the trigger voltage wrong, or connect the wrong end into the wrong point.

    Pure PA Natural Nylon has several advantages as a plastic. High Strength, High Flexibility, High Surface Abrasion Resistance, Excellent Chemical & Petroleum Resistance. Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. Nylon is a challenging material to 3d print. Active Heated chamber recommended for the best performance. Please consider advanced 3d printers such as the Creatbot F-430 3D Printer if you intend to 3D Print Functional parts frequently.
  • This is the upgraded 265C higher temp nozzle for the FlashForge Adventurer 3. It can be used instead of the standard 240C temperature nozzles in all compatible FlashForge adverturer 3 3d printers.   • Esun eFlex 87A TPU Flexible 3D Printing Filament

    This is grade 87A TPU which is quite flexible, yet slightly easier to 3d print than the softer grade like NinjaFlex 85A or TPE Elastic 83A. Thermoplastic Elastomeric is a broad category of flexible plastic filaments. This grade works well with most popular direct drive extruder 3d printers including Creatbot, Makerbot, FlashForge Creator, Prusa, Wanhao, etc without requiring extensive modifications. It is not the best choice for Bowden style 3d printers, but it has a better chance of working with them over the softer 83 or 85 TPU.. For cheaper bowden machines like Creality Ender, we recommend you start with Grade 95A as it is is easier to print. This is a 1 KG roll of 1.75mm Natural coloured Flexible plastic filament, slightly opague. If you want very rubbery stretchy prints that could even be used for some gaskets, please see our 83A filament. If you want very durable rubbery 3d prints that exhibit some similarity to HDPE / LDPE then please consider PA Nylon Filament
  • Latest ACF Film for 10" LCD Resin 3D Printers The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowerst peel force so suction forces are minised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printign high performance enginering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a sginifcatly bettter non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Mighty 8K, Mini 8k, Phrozen Sonic XL, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components.   • Power Interruption Circuit board for Creatbot desktop series D & F series 3d printers including DM , DX / DX Plus & DE / DE Plus 3D, F160 / F160 PEEK & F430 PEEK 3D Printer Printers. For D600 PRO series, PEEK 300 & F1000 series, please contact us for the appropriate part. This circuit board detects if there is a power failure while your Creatbot 3d printer is printing. Then when power resumes & the printer is started, the option to resume to resume the existing print is offered. This circuit is not critical, & the printer can still continue to be used with the board's white wire unplugged. Locations where there are excessive power outages seem to cause this board to blow out more frequently than other places. This is mainly because of spikes & voltage fluctuations in such locations. If you experience the need to frequently replace these, we recommend connecting your printer through a spike protector.

  • This is the flexible metal plate that fits on the new magnetic beds of FlashForge Creator 3 3D Printers. It has a Polycarbonate re-inforced build surface that provides excellent adhesion to most common materials. However, for Nylon based materials, we still recommend you put a thin layer of the glue stick on it.
  • This is the genuine full metal angled build platform for Phrozen Sonic Mini & Mini 4K 3D printers. It is a thick solid bed to allow maximum print speeds without distortion. If you print a lot, particularly if you print larger layers at once, then this full metal build plate is the best choice.
