R-PEEK 3D Printer Filament
This 3D4Makers PEEK filament is made in Netherlands using recycled PEEK. Recycled PEEK is generally made by collecting PEEK powder from CNC machine shops, which is then extruded into 3d printing filament. This means you get the exact same filament as normal PEEK, just being sourced sustainably because the powder that would have otherwise gone to waste has been reused to make filament. And, its half the price. PEEK handles continuous operating temperature of 260C & peak loading up to 320C. It has a strength to weight ration higher than Aluminum. And it has the resonance damping properties comparable to wood. Considered to be the best 3d printing material presently available in filament form. It is a natural beige peek product which will give you a base filament as close to natural peek machining block colour as possible. PEEK is the best material for anything functional & mechanical, that needs to perform as closely to a metal like aluminum as possible while still being a plastic that is 3d printable. So its the perfect choice for Gears, Screws, Cogs, even complex worm wheel assembly parts are fine. That includes Hinges & other loading applications. Polyether Imide (PEI) Ultem 1010 is an amorphous thermoplastic with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217 °C. It has a continuous operating temperature of up to 170 °C. This inherently flame retardant plastic has UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings. It is dark amber & slightly translucent. We source our ultra performance filaments very carefully, as they are expensive, & we want you to have the best experience with them. We selected 3D4Makers ultra Filament that's Made in Netherlands to tight tolerances & offers easier printability than other ultra performance filaments on the market. Esun ePA Nylon Filament
PA (Polyamide) is a natural Nylon which has several advantages as a plastic. High Strength, High Flexibility, High Surface Abrasion Resistance, Excellent Chemical & Petroleum Resistance. Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. Nylon can be a challenging material to 3d print. But our new formulations are making Nylon 3d printing much easier than before. Active Heated chamber is always recommended for the best performance, but this filament is easier than many others on the market. Esun Wood filament has around 15% wood fiber in it. This is a 1Kg roll. The colour is a lighter shade of wood, similar to bamboo. This is not just 'wood coloured' PLA - the material actually has wood powder in it. It also has the surface finish comparable to wood / bamboo. It can sanded just like mdf sheets, & can even be coated with a layer of Polyurethane. Kindly note that since this is real wood powder, there can be some batch to batch variation in the shade of the material. So it may look slightly different to the photo above.
