This is Esun's stndard resin formulation which works on all popular resin 3d printers of the 380-420nm UV spectrum range including Phrozen, Anycubic, Wanhao, Creality, Elegoo, Longer, etc Perfect for anyone who wants a general purpose rigid resin. For great 3d prints use our Monocure Resinway cleaning solution to clean your resin prints. You can also clean with IPA, methyl spirits, & general alcohols. Newer monochrome LCD screen based 3d printers like the Phrozen Sonic, Transform, Elegoo Mars Pro etc are able to print faster with these resins compared to some older resin formula. For machines with mono lcd we would recommend using Phrozen high speed compatible resins for optimal performance.Specifications:

This is a Tri-colour filament, it literally means the filament strand is composed of 3 simultaneous colours to form the cross-section. The filament is 3-sided. Esun calls it Mystic Silk PLA, & it comes in a few colour options. Silk PLA gives true metallic shine to it without having to polish it or post-process it. Poly-Carbonate is commonly referred to as just PC is one of the most capable Functional Polymers in the world. What is 'Pure' PC ? PC is the King of cost-effective engineering thermoplastics - High Temperature resistance, UV stability & Flame Retarding.Flame retardant level: UL94：V2 Print temperature range: 235~260℃;
Each Esun spool is 0.5Kg in 1.75mm Pure PC handles a whooping 140C continuous operating temperature - only to be beaten by PEI / PEEK ABS will only handle 85C in most continuous high temperature applications. You can boil water in pure PC but you cant if its ABS blended. Pure PC is thus common in food containers as it can handle everything. The vast majority of PolyCarb 3D Filament used is mixed with ABS & thus called ABS-PC. While ABS blended PC is slightly better than ABS, it loses the biggest benefits of PC 3D Printing PC has some challenges but it is very easy to get right. Heat the bed as hot as your machine supports, ideally 110C +. Use a PEI sheet for bed adhesion. Please see our popular 300x300 PEI sheets here. Using active chamber heating is highly recommend as PC warps a lot. Note: PC Fumes have a strong odour. We recommend you use PC only with an enclosed 3d printer. If you must use an open frame unit, please setup extraction or at least have very good active ventilation. Luvocom® 3F PAHT 9825 NT Filament is a Low Moisture High-temperature polyamide that doesn't have Carbon Fiber in it. High Strength, High Flexibility, High Surface Abrasion Resistance, Excellent Chemical & Petroleum Resistance. Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. This roll of Nylon PA6 in 2.85mm designed to work with most 3mm compatible 3d printers like Creatbot, Ultimaker, Taz etc Its water uptake takes about 4 times longer to reach saturation point compared to other PA6 on the market. And its saturation point is 5 times lower than conventional PA6 materials, meaning it has very little mositure rentention. This particular engineering polymer grade is tailored made for the 3D printing industry to match the injection molding strength requirements and focusing on the serial production of end-parts. The filament can be used on conventional FFF / FDM 3D printing systems due to the enhanced printability, & improved layer bonding even without the use of a heated chamber. -
ASA UV Stable 3D Printing Filament is a cousin of the famous ABS. ASA is similar to ABS in almost all aspects with the addition of UV stability. So it can be 3D Printed like ABS in most 3D Printers. BLACK colour ASA 3D Printer Filament 1 Kg roll Please remember that UV stability does not mean 100% UV 'Proof' All plastics - even PolyCarbonate will eventually crumble under our harsh New Zealand sun or other high levels of UV. PVA is commonly used as a soluble support material for 3d prints. The new ePVA+ works with ABS & many other materials! Some delicate 3d prints or items that need really good surface finish, need to use a lot of support. Because of that, the complex support material can be difficult to manually remove & it can even crack the actual part while being removed. PVA solves the problem because you 3d print the main part with 1 head using PLA & print the supports with the other head using PVA. It is the best soluble material for dual extruder 3d printers especially when printing with PLA.
