    • Engine manifolds can be 3d printed using PEI 1010, which handles 200 deg C operating temp & mounted directly on the engine.

    Why Ultrasonic cleaners when Wash & Cure units seem to be so easy to use? Ultrasonic vibrations loosen out debris from any surface surface efficiently & quickly using harmless forces. The frequency of motion they form safely dislodges uncured resin particles at a microscopic level that other devices cant create. Ultrasonic cleaners can clean most resin parts in 3 mins. Most entry level washers can't beat that. The fact that there is no heavy movement, allows debris to settle rather than float around. This makes it far easier to get the parts clean with less fluid use. Resin cleaning liquids like Monocure Resin away & Phrozen now make it a cheaper & safer option than to use IPA or other explosive alcohol based cleaners.     Magigoo HT 3D Printing Glue for High Temp PEI, PEEK, etc

    Magigoo HT adhesive is designed to provide bed adhesion with challenging materials like PEI Ultem, PEEK, PEKK, PPS, PSU, PPSU etc. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments & Glass Filled materials, like PPS-CF, PEI-CF & PEEK-CF etc. To 3D Print Nylon, we recommend Magigoo PA as a first choice, & if that doesn't suit well for your particular filament, then try this Magigoo HT. For common materials like PLA, ABS etc, we recommend buying the Magigoo original glue. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers. For printing advanced materials reliably, apply a thin layer of Magigoo on your print bed before printing. This will ensure a successful print. If too much glue has been lacquered on, please wipe with a damp sponge & then reapply glue.

    Creatbot extruder filament feeder Drive Gear cog

    This is the feeder gear that pushes filament inside the extruder on Creatbot F430, PEEk300, D600 Pro v1, & F160 series 3d printers. These cogs are made of hardened nickel stainless steel composite for optimum durability without being brittle. Most cheaper black feeders are made of carbide steel that can crack teeth & cause a jam in the hot end. This drive gear is mounted on the stepper motor inside the head. It is the cog that grips the filament & pushes it down the heat brake towards the hot end. Needs to be changed after a while when its teeth start to wear. Will wear more if using lots of Carbon or Glass Filled filaments.

    FlashForge Creator 3 Pro Hardened Steel Nozzle

    This is a Genuine FlashForge brand Hardened steel nozzle suitable to 3d print Carbon Fiber filaments as well as higher temperature materials. These hard nozzles are suitable for FlashForge Creator 3 PRO & Creator 4 series 3d printers. They will not fit the Creator 3 V2 or older Creator 3 machines with the long 1 piece nozzle type. 0.6mm nozzle diameter is recommended for Carbon Fiber, Glass, & Wood based filaments as it reduces chances of blockages & under-extrusion over longer prints. These nozzles also double or triple your effective throughput, thereby allowing your 3d prints to be completed much faster, usually 2 to 3 times faster! Hardened nozzles are the best type that do every kind of 3d printing really well. Simply unscrew the existing nozzle & screw the new one on, easy.     This 3D4Makers PEEK filament is made in Netherlands using recycled PEEK. Recycled PEEK is generally made by collecting PEEK powder from CNC machine shops, which is then extruded into 3d printing filament. This means you get the exact same filament as normal PEEK, just being sourced sustainably because the powder that would have otherwise gone to waste has been reused to make filament. And, its half the price. PEEK handles continuous operating temperature of 260C & peak loading up to 320C. It has a strength to weight ration higher than Aluminum. And it has the resonance damping properties comparable to wood. Considered to be the best 3d printing material presently available in filament form. It is a natural beige peek product which will give you a base filament as close to natural peek machining block colour as possible.
