Monocure Gingiva is presently our best flexible resin for Lcd resin 3d printers. It is stronger than the general monocure Flex resin, & more flexible than the Esun Elastic resin. This gingiva flex resin has excellent mechanical properties that work well for flexible engineering parts as well as emulating 3d printed gums in digital dentistry,. With a shore hardness of 62A, you can make rubber like parts using your LCD Resin 3d printer. GINGIVA Dental Flexible Resin helps improve implant workflows and produces natural-looking, flexible gum-like parts for dental implant models. The elastic material is highly tear-resistant, flexible, and easy to adjust via grinding if needed.

Carbon Fibre reinforced Steel board Actual board size is 490mm x 305mm Designed to fit our Creatbot F430 PEEK 3d printer but can be used in any machine of similar size. The advantage is that this surface offers very high abrassion resistance. So when you 3d print with high temp materials, the surface can last longer. The other advantage of these boards is that they can be used as removable build plates. We recommend sticking a PEI sheet on this if you want to use them in that way, as PEI is a more versatile surface & not just one for 3d printing PEEK. Please see our 400x300mm PEI sheets here.

The Best Grade PEEK 3D Printer Filament
This 3D4Makers PEEK filament is made in Netherlands using the absolute best Luvocom 3F 9581 formulation. The material is approved according to EN ISO 10993-1, -5 and -12*, UN-ECE R.118.03 (fire behaviour of materials in buses) and meets the NORSOK M 710 requirements. This is a Higher Flow PEEK created specifically for Additive Manufacturing to offer better Printability than other peek filaments on the market. It is a completely natural beige peek product which will give you a base filament as close to natural peek machining block colour as possible. PEEK is the best material for anything functional & mechanical, that needs to perform as closely to a metal like aluminum as possible while still being a plastic that is 3d printable. So its the perfect choice for Gears, Screws, Cogs, even complex worm wheel assembly parts are fine. That includes Hinges & other loading applications. It is also ideal for electronics enclosures where the enclosure needs to offer electrical & heat insulation, strength, flame retardance & element resistance including wet or organic aqueus conditions. This makes it the ideal filament for medical applications like temporary implants, surgical guides, orthodontic reconstruction, maxillofacial surgery & many other use cases including aeronautical & aerospace. For demanding applications where all else would fail, PEEK is the KING of 3D printer materials. Strongest 3D Printing plastic available in 3d printing filament form. Handle up to 250C continuous operating temperature with Short term temperature performance up to 300 deg C. The most dense semi-crystalline polymer thats 3d printable, yet close enough to aluminium in many applications. Chemically resistant to most corrosive substances & high resistance to aqueous conditions.Used extensively in Aerospace & Automotive applications where you need mechanical strength even at high temperature. BioMedical material that can be used for the human body, dental implants, joint replacements, the list goes on. PEEK also has low resonance properties that are comparable to natural fibres such as wood, which is helpful when it comes to vibration & damping control. This reduces screws & fasteneres loosening under load out of a peek enclosure. Since PEEK is expensive, we are offering small quantity rolls for our kiwi 3D makers who want to try this cutting edge material. This is 0.2 KG of natural PEEK 3D Printing Filament. -

This is the latest flexible build plate that fits on the new magnetic beds of FlashForge Creator 4 3D Printers. It now has a PEI reinforced build surface that provides excellent adhesion to most common materials including flexible TPU materials. It also gives a very good bottom surface finish. It is superior to the older Black plates that FlashForge used to supply. We highly recommend PEI sheets as the best surface to print on. For Nylon based materials, we still recommend you put a thin layer of the glue stick on it.

Why use Ultrasonic cleaners when Wash & Cure units seem to be so easy to use? Short answer, high speed & less manual work. Ultrasonic vibrations loosen out debris from any surface surface efficiently & quickly using harmless forces. The frequency of motion they form safely dislodges uncured resin particles at a microscopic level that other devices cant create. Ultrasonic cleaners can clean most resin parts in 3 mins. Most entry level washers can't beat that. The fact that there is no heavy movement, allows debris to settle rather than float around. This makes it far easier to get the parts clean with less fluid use. When cleaning castable resins or industrial resins in particular, ultrasonic cleaners will give you the edge.
