This is the new higher temperature handling version of the prove Colorfabb LW-PLA. It was originally designed for aeromodelling to make light weight aeroplane & drone hulls. But it has been very successful as a casting pattern in lost wax style casting processes. Initially, we used standard PLA for lost wax casting patterns. But since PLA-LW is lower density, there is less PLA to burn out. This makes much cleaner patterns & has far reduced ash in the process. So whether its light weight components for general parts, or metal casting patterns, try PLA LW for your next project. -

This is the feeder gear that pushes filament inside the extruder on Creatbot F430, PEEk300, D600 Pro v1, & F160 series 3d printers. These cogs are made of hardened nickel stainless steel composite for optimum durability without being brittle. Most cheaper black feeders are made of carbide steel that can crack teeth & cause a jam in the hot end. This drive gear is mounted on the stepper motor inside the head. It is the cog that grips the filament & pushes it down the heat brake towards the hot end. Needs to be changed after a while when its teeth start to wear. Will wear more if using lots of Carbon or Glass Filled filaments. -

This is a 24V DC radial fan used as the part cooling fan on Creatbot F430 & F160 3d printers. It is mounted to the side of the extruder 1 (between 1 & 2 if its a dual extruder machine) & plugs into the top extruder board above the head. -
Suitable for Creatbot D600 Pro 2 & D1000 3d printers. These are genuine Creatbot supplied 24V 60W cartridge heaters which can handle up to 450C reliably. Creatbot high temp hot ends support up to 420C so please be mindful the heater you use. These have short wires. Not suited for older D600s, F430, F160, or PEEK edition 3d printers. Standard Tube Cartridge Heater that slots inside the hot block. Has a small connector to plug on the board so its really easy to install. -

Power Interruption Circuit board for Creatbot desktop series D & F series 3d printers including DM , DX / DX Plus & DE / DE Plus 3D, F160 / F160 PEEK & F430 PEEK 3D Printer Printers. For D600 PRO series, PEEK 300 & F1000 series, please contact us for the appropriate part. This circuit board detects if there is a power failure while your Creatbot 3d printer is printing. Then when power resumes & the printer is started, the option to resume to resume the existing print is offered. This circuit is not critical, & the printer can still continue to be used with the board's white wire unplugged. Locations where there are excessive power outages seem to cause this board to blow out more frequently than other places. This is mainly because of spikes & voltage fluctuations in such locations. If you experience the need to frequently replace these, we recommend connecting your printer through a spike protector. -

This pre-cut and molded tape simplifies the installation of your LCD screen. This LCD frame sticker tape secures your printer's LCD screen after replacement. Why not just cut some pieces of tape instead of buying this? Its easy to take this tape for granted, but should it not be secure, your LCD screen can move mid print & thus reduce the resolution of the print across layers. This is the full hot end which gives you new extrusion components under the motor. It includes the heat brake, throat tube, hot block, & a 0.4mm nozzle. It comes fitted with a new cartridge heater & a thermocouple temp sensor as well. -
ASA CF is a UV stable, low moisture absorbing, high strength, light weight plastic optimized for outdoor use. ASA is similar to ABS in almost all aspects with the addition of UV stability. Adding carbon fibers to ASA makes it stronger & stiffer, compared to pure ABS / ASA that is more bendy. And despite the addition of fibers, CF ASA still offers the same impact properties whilst being even lighter in weight. This makes Carbon ASA excellent in high performance boats & cars. ASA also has a matted look compared to plastics like PET which are generally quite glossy. Carbon Fiber reinforced ASA has greater stiffness & strength over conventional ASA, & also reduces shrinkage. For a long time, we've wanted PLA that has a true metallic shine to it without having to polish it. Its the closest we've ever come to a PLA that actually shines like a real metal without having any metal in it. The shine also hides the print layer lines to a greater extent than other colours. So parts look like they are made of metal with a paint coat. This is the closest we have been to faux metal 3d prints. And its Extremely affordable. Multi-colour rainbow rolls are random as they roll out, each is slightly unique. Your roll is going to have the same gradients, just not at the same exact places within the spool.We hope our New Zealand makers love this new filament. -
