Latest ACF Film for 10" LCD Resin 3D Printers - Pack of 3 films The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowest peel force so suction forces are minimised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printing high performance engineering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a signifcatly better non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Mighty 8K, Mini 8k, Phrozen Sonic XL, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tire, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components. This is a Genuine FlashForge brand nozzle Hardened steel nozzle suitable to 3d print Carbon Fiber filaments as well as higher temperature materials. These nozzles are suitable for FlashForge Creator 3 & Creator 3 V2 3D Printers. These smart nozzles come with a one-piece heat brake built into them, so just changing this one nozzle gets you a practically new 1 piece extrusion area. 0.6mm nozzle diameter is recommended for Carbon Fiber, Glass, & Wood based filaments as it reduces the chances of blockages & under extrusion over longer prints. These nozzles also double your effective throughput, thereby allowing your 3d prints to be completed much faster, usually twice as fast. The 0.6mm hardened is our best selling nozzle that does every kind of 3d printing really well. We really recommend it. Simply unscrew the existing nozzle & screw the new one on, easy. Please remember to always heat your hot end before removing your nozzle. -
This is the feeder gear that pushes filament inside the extruder on Creatbot F430, PEEk300, D600 Pro v1, & F160 series 3d printers. These cogs are made of hardened nickel stainless steel composite for optimum durability without being brittle. Most cheaper black feeders are made of carbide steel that can crack teeth & cause a jam in the hot end. This drive gear is mounted on the stepper motor inside the head. It is the cog that grips the filament & pushes it down the heat brake towards the hot end. Needs to be changed after a while when its teeth start to wear. Will wear more if using lots of Carbon or Glass Filled filaments. -
This is a 24V DC radial fan used as the part cooling fan on Creatbot F430 & F160 3d printers. It is mounted to the side of the extruder 1 (between 1 & 2 if its a dual extruder machine) & plugs into the top extruder board above the head. -
Suitable for Creatbot D600 Pro 2 & D1000 3d printers. These are genuine Creatbot supplied 24V 60W cartridge heaters which can handle up to 450C reliably. Creatbot high temp hot ends support up to 420C so please be mindful the heater you use. These have short wires. Not suited for older D600s, F430, F160, or PEEK edition 3d printers. Standard Tube Cartridge Heater that slots inside the hot block. Has a small connector to plug on the board so its really easy to install. -

Power Interruption Circuit board for Creatbot desktop series D & F series 3d printers including DM , DX / DX Plus & DE / DE Plus 3D, F160 / F160 PEEK & F430 PEEK 3D Printer Printers. For D600 PRO series, PEEK 300 & F1000 series, please contact us for the appropriate part. This circuit board detects if there is a power failure while your Creatbot 3d printer is printing. Then when power resumes & the printer is started, the option to resume to resume the existing print is offered. This circuit is not critical, & the printer can still continue to be used with the board's white wire unplugged. Locations where there are excessive power outages seem to cause this board to blow out more frequently than other places. This is mainly because of spikes & voltage fluctuations in such locations. If you experience the need to frequently replace these, we recommend connecting your printer through a spike protector. -

This is the new higher temperature handling version of the prove Colorfabb LW-PLA. It was originally designed for aeromodelling to make light weight aeroplane & drone hulls. But it has been very successful as a casting pattern in lost wax style casting processes. Initially, we used standard PLA for lost wax casting patterns. But since PLA-LW is lower density, there is less PLA to burn out. This makes much cleaner patterns & has far reduced ash in the process. So whether its light weight components for general parts, or metal casting patterns, try PLA LW for your next project. -

It achieves this using controlled foaming, so you can get the flex you want without having to own each & every filament of those shore hardnesses. You can print with shore hardness 92A(unfoamed) to shore 55A (maximum foamed). This is a 700g roll of foaming filament, which means you actually use less material in comparison to normal TPU & get a larger number of parts with a reduced weight. -
