PolyCarbonate Carbon Fibre Filament
PC-CF is PC with the addition of Carbon Fibre, it is one of the most capable Functional Polymers in the world. Flame retardant level: UL94：V2 PCCF handles a 140C operating temperature, at par with Carbon Nylons. Its also low hygroscopy, so absorbs less moisture than Nylon 6 filament. PC also has better UV stability than materials like ABS or PETg, almost at par with ASA. And this Carbon fiber blended material is easier to print than ABS. Print temperature range: 260-280℃; ABS, ASA or blended ABSPC will only handle 85C in most continuous high temperature applications. You can go over 120C in PC-CF. This is the small PCB that goes to the head behind the extruders of a Creatbot F430 head. The main ribbon cable connects to it from the motherboard underneath the machine. And other connectors such as the temp sensors, cartridge heaters, probe etc plug into this little board. -

These simple external filament rollers can be used to put filament rolls of any size outside your printer & feed into the 3d printer. Great to load 3kg spools of filament into smaller printers. This works easily with rolls of any size including 1kg, 3kg, 5kg etc. The bearings allow rolls to turn freely, regardless of weight. The 2 pieces can be placed as far or as near as possible, based on the width of the rolls. Particularly useful for small light weight 3d printers which would otherwise topple when a heavy roll was mounted on them. -

Unless specified, we supply the latest version of the cable has 2 black & grey connectors as per the photo. The older version is a flat cable with a single clip connector. This is a 24V DC radial fan used as the part cooling fan on Creatbot F430 & F160 3d printers. It is mounted to the side of the extruder 1 (between 1 & 2 if its a dual extruder machine) & plugs into the top extruder board above the head.
