eSUN ePA-12 Carbon Fiber reinforced filament We're proud to be the first to introduce Esun's latest Nylon 12 grade Carbon Reinforced filament in New Zealand. Esun ePA12+CF builds on esun's ePA12 formula by offering reduced moisture absorption, lower warping, greater stiffness, & improved layer adhesion. This improved printability on a larger range of 3d printers & allows larger Nylon 12 objects to be printed than earlier. Most other filaments are Nylon PA6. Our Nylon PA12 opens up possibilities that PA6 might not be capable enough to handle. Nylon PA12 far less moisture absorption making PA12 CF more suited to use in close aqueous or wet conditions even in contact with water. PA6 can get soft if it left in water for very long. Nylon 12 also handles much hotter temperatures, is much stiffer than Nylon 6, & even stronger - better than Nylon 6/6 as well. Nylon 12 also has excellent anti static properties. It is also UL94 V2 Flame Retardant for a continuous running temp of 120C making it perfect for electronics housings. Please be aware that Carbon Fiber however is slightly conductive, so if you need insulative properties, then the Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon Filament will be a better choice. This is a 1Kg reel of 1.75mm filament. Carbon Fiber filament is matte Black in colour.

Loctite IND 405 – Ultra Clear Tough Industrial 3D Printing Resin

LOCTITE 3D IND405 is the clearest & most impact resistant among the tough 3D Printing resins available. A common problem with most tough resins is that they are quite brittle, & do not offer good elongation at break. But the IND 405 is a high-strength, high elongation engineering plastic with good impact resistance & very high optical clarity. It has also been weather tested with UV to perform well outdoors without yellowing. Its the only 3d printing resin printable on LCD resin 3d printers, that can 3d print automotive indicator lenses, among many other outdoor applications. LOCTITE 3D IND405 can be printed in various resin 3d printers and parts can be machined or polished for final clear finish.

LOCTITE 3D IND406 is the toughest High Temperature 3D Printing Resin available. A common problem with most high temperature resins is that they are quite brittle. But the IND 406 BK is a high-strength, high elongation engineering plastic with good impact and high temperature resistance up to 107 C. It has also been weather tested with UV to perform well outdoors with minimal change to mechanical properties. On top of that, you get high chemical resistance & water immersion performance, making it suitable for a variety of deplyoments. Stiffness, toughness and thermal durability make this the ideal material for a wide variety of tools in the production floor. Thanks to excellent chemical resistance & immersion testing, IND 406 is perfect for final parts production in Automotive manufacturing. The product is ideal for fixtures, interior and machinery parts. LOCTITE 3D IND406 can be printed in various resin 3d printers and parts can be machined, tapped, or polished for final finish.

Magigoo HT 3D Printing Glue for High Temp PEI, PEEK, etc

Magigoo HT adhesive is designed to provide bed adhesion with challenging materials like PEI Ultem, PEEK, PEKK, PPS, PSU, PPSU etc. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments & Glass Filled materials, like PPS-CF, PEI-CF & PEEK-CF etc. To 3D Print Nylon, we recommend Magigoo PA as a first choice, & if that doesn't suit well for your particular filament, then try this Magigoo HT. For common materials like PLA, ABS etc, we recommend buying the Magigoo original glue. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers. For printing advanced materials reliably, apply a thin layer of Magigoo on your print bed before printing. This will ensure a successful print. If too much glue has been lacquered on, please wipe with a damp sponge & then reapply glue.
