By adjusting the materials, the high speed printing reduces the dependence on the cooling power of the printer and improves the printing performance.   • A4 Size NFEP Film for medium size SLA Resin 3D Printers NFEP film also called PFA Film is better than standard FEP film to reduce suction forces. It is basically a better quality of the non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Sonic XL, Phrozen Mighty, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components.   • Best Quality Creatbot Hardened Martensitic Steel nozzle for 1.75mm 3d printers to print high temperature & composite reinforced materials. Perfect for 3d printing Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, Kevlar, etc on Creatbot F430, F160, PEEK300 & D600 Pro 3d printers. Martensitic Steel nozzles are the best nozzles presently available. They are the most durable nozzles compared to brass or stainless steel. Hardened martensitic steel allows much cleaner retractions than brass nozzles, which interestingly also improves the overall print quality. These nozzles can be used with Carbon Fiber filaments, however please be advised 0.4mm is on the smaller side for carbon to flow through well. Milled Carbon Fiber Nylon when printing small parts should be ok, but for larger longer prints, we recommend using 0.6mm nozzles for Carbon Fiber composite materials. These are well suited particularly for advanced materials that print at ultra high temps like PEEK, PEI Ultem, PPSU etc. Our nozzles are individually machined for optimum precision & longer life (not just die casted & pressed like inferior nozzles). Will suit all Creatbot F series & PEEK series 3D Printers we sell: Creatbot F160, F430, PEEK 300 & D600 Pro 3d printers Please choose from diameters 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 mm Our nozzles can also be used with other Mk8 compatible 3d printer heads.

    Wood 3D Printer Filament in NZ

    Our Wood Filament has over 20% of real MDF fibres to give a true wood like texture & effect. It has a slightly grainy texture as you would expect from wood, contrary to some wood filaments which look quite tacky & plastic like in their feel. It can be sanded just like mdf sheets, & can even be coated with a layer of Polyurethane just like real wood! This is not just 'wood colour' - the material actually has milled wood in it that can even bond to traditional wood glues. You can use similar settings as normal PLA for a start. It is highly recommended that you use a thicker diameter nozzle (0.6mm or similar instead of the standard 0.4mm nozzles), but 0.4mm can also work. Start off by 3d printing with wood at 0.25mm (250 micron) layer height with 230 deg extruder at 40mm/s speed. Please note that since this is made using real wood fibers, there can be some batch to batch colour variation. So the filament shade can look slightly different to what you see on the screen.

  • These relays are used in many 3d printers including the Creatbot F430, D600 & PEEK300. Usually they are used for the Bed heater or the Chamber heater. Please select which relay you want from the list. The triger voltage is 3-32V DC. Please pick the correct type. Be sure before you install it. Relays blow instantly if you get the trigger voltage wrong, or connect the wrong end into the wrong point.
  • Esun ePA Nylon Filament

    PA (Polyamide) is a natural Nylon which has several advantages as a plastic. High Strength, High Flexibility, High Surface Abrasion Resistance, Excellent Chemical & Petroleum Resistance. Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. Nylon can be a challenging material to 3d print. But our new formulations are making Nylon 3d printing much easier than before. Active Heated chamber is always recommended for the best performance, but this filament is easier than many others on the market. Please consider advanced 3d printers such as the Creatbot F-430 3D Printer if you intend to 3D Print Functional parts frequently.
  • eLastic 83A Flexible 3D Printing Filament

    This is grade 83A flexible filament which is very elastic, & comparable to grades like 85A which was made popular by NinjaFlex. Thermoplastic Elastomeric is a broad category of flexible plastic filaments. TPU filament is a flexible TPE material. This is best used with a good direct drive drive extruder 3d printer like Creatbot, FlashForge Creator, some Prusa, etc without requiring extensive modifications. It is not ideal for use with bowden head 1.75mm 3d printers like Creality Ender, however, you still have a chance at using our other 87A with a cheaper bowden machine. For cheaper bowden machines we recommend you start with Grade 95A as it is most likely to print successfully. This is a 1 KG roll of 1.75mm Flexible plastic filament. If you want very rubbery stretchy prints that could even be used for some gaskets, please see our NinjaFlex filament. If you want very durable rubbery 3d prints that exhibit some similarity to HDPE / LDPE then please consider NinjaTech Cheetah Filament
  • Esun eFlex 87A TPU Flexible 3D Printing Filament

    This is grade 87A TPU which is quite flexible, yet slightly easier to 3d print than the softer grade like NinjaFlex 85A or TPE Elastic 83A. Thermoplastic Elastomeric is a broad category of flexible plastic filaments. This grade works well with most popular direct drive extruder 3d printers including Creatbot, Makerbot, FlashForge Creator, Prusa, Wanhao, etc without requiring extensive modifications. It is not the best choice for Bowden style 3d printers, but it has a better chance of working with them over the softer 83 or 85 TPU.. For cheaper bowden machines like Creality Ender, we recommend you start with Grade 95A as it is is easier to print. This is a 1 KG roll of 1.75mm Natural coloured Flexible plastic filament, slightly opague. If you want very rubbery stretchy prints that could even be used for some gaskets, please see our 83A filament. If you want very durable rubbery 3d prints that exhibit some similarity to HDPE / LDPE then please consider PA Nylon Filament
  • Latest ACF Film for 10" LCD Resin 3D Printers The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowerst peel force so suction forces are minised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces, whilst having a longer durable life span. ACF film is the best choice for printing at faster speeds & larger densities as it has the best non-stick properties & releases very efficiently to reduce peel forces significantly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Mighty 8K, Mini 8k, Phrozen Sonic XL, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. These single sheets are supplied from an original Phrozen 3-pack.
  • Power Interruption Circuit board for Creatbot desktop series D & F series 3d printers including DM , DX / DX Plus & DE / DE Plus 3D, F160 / F160 PEEK & F430 PEEK 3D Printer Printers. For D600 PRO series, PEEK 300 & F1000 series, please contact us for the appropriate part. This circuit board detects if there is a power failure while your Creatbot 3d printer is printing. Then when power resumes & the printer is started, the option to resume to resume the existing print is offered. This circuit is not critical, & the printer can still continue to be used with the board's white wire unplugged. Locations where there are excessive power outages seem to cause this board to blow out more frequently than other places. This is mainly because of spikes & voltage fluctuations in such locations. If you experience the need to frequently replace these, we recommend connecting your printer through a spike protector.

    Made using PETG and High-Modulus Carbon Fiber, PETG-CF is a high strength, matted, easy to 3d print CF reinforced 3D printing filament. PETG CF is easier to print than PET CF thanks to better low & reduced warping. Carbon Fibre coupled with the higher temperature handling & stiffness of PETG presents an advantage over other PLA based carbon fibre filaments that soften at lower temperatures, since PLA will soften faster than Petg & is also a weaker material. Dark coloured PLA softens in direct sunlight in summer, for eg, inside a car. But PETg handles hotter temperatures better. This filament is ideal for anyone that desires a structural component with high modulus, excellent surface quality, dimensional stability, light weight, ease of printing & able to be in the sun. Petg is also easier to 3d print than Nylon in some 3d printers. This filament is an excellent alternative to carbon fiber Nylon filaments in case you need lower moisture absorption, & higher stiffness compared to a Nylon based polymer. 1.75mm 1kg roll of PetG Carbon Fiber Filament

  • Esun Wood filament has around 15% wood fiber in it. This is a 1Kg roll. The colour is a lighter shade of wood, similar to bamboo. This is not just 'wood coloured' PLA - the material actually has wood powder in it. It also has the surface finish comparable to wood / bamboo. It can sanded just like mdf sheets, & can even be coated with a layer of Polyurethane. Kindly note that since this is real wood powder, there can be some batch to batch variation in the shade of the material. So it may look slightly different to the photo above.
