  • This is a temperature sensing thermister for Wanhao i3 3d printers. The thermisters for bed & nozzle are the same, however the wire length is slightly different. Please specify if you want one for the head, or for the nozzle. Please also specify which wanhao i3 3d printer type it is for: i3, i3 v2, i3 plus, i3 plus mk2, or i3 mini.    
  • Motherboard for Wanhao i3 Plus Mk 2 3d printer v5.4
  • Genuine Wanhao Branded lower metal sheet to be stuck on the printer platform, on which you can then use magnetic mats & magnetic sensors. This is used on Wanhao i3 Mk2 (also called i3 v2) 3d printers, the new version of D5s, & other such machines. This is not the actual print surface, its the metal sheet on which the build surface sticks magnetically. For older version of the i3 please buy the other BuildTak style bed mat which has glue on one side. Works extremely well for most materials like PLA, ABS & PETG.
  • Pulley for the belt rail system on Wanhao i3 & similar 3d printers. Will work on i3 plus as well new i3 plus mark 2. Is also compatible with many other 3d printers, but please check to be sure.

With our Ultrasonic 40KHz industrial style washer & a Heated UV Curer, you will speed up your post processing time down to just 15 mins. Thats just 15 mins from when your print is out to when a usable part is in your hand. Standard curers do not heat the chamber. Heating not only speeds up the cure, but more importantly, it significantly improves the internal structural integrity of your part. Normal washer devices tend to rely only on the standard dissolution rate of resin into the cleaner. Whereas ultrasonic cleaners actively separate the resin stuck to the part with a 40KHz wave, thus speeding up the cleaning process dramatically. Wash for just 5 mins with resin cleaning liquid in the ultrasonic & then cure for 10 mins in the heated curer - you have your self a factory quality usable 3d printed part!

The frequency of motion they form safely dislodges uncured resin particles at a microscopic level that other devices cant create. Ultrasonic cleaners can clean most resin parts in 3 mins. Most entry level washers can't beat that. The fact that there is no heavy movement, allows debris to settle rather than float around. This makes it far easier to get the parts clean with less fluid use. While FDM 3D Printing Nylon 6 is unreliable, you can 3d print this Nylon 910 & Anneal it to the equivalent of a 6/6 grade. Taulman 3D Filaments are Made in USA & specialise in high strength & special purpose Nylon PA. These Nylon filaments exhibit properties you expect from Engineering plastic resins. Extremely Rigid Nylon. Continuous operating temperature 82C Extremely High Chemical Resistance Easy to 3d print on most 3d printers in the 260C range. Low Shrinkage Formulation that doesn't require a fully sealed enclosure for simpler items. However, Sealed enclosures & 3d printers with active chamber heating are generally better at 3d printing nylon.
