This is a set of 6x genuine FlashForge brand Hardened steel nozzles containing 2x of each size 0.4, 0.6 & 0.8mm nozzles. Suitable to 3d print Carbon Fiber filaments as well as higher temperature materials. These hard nozzles are suitable for FlashForge Creator 3 PRO & Creator 4 series 3d printers. They will not fit the older Creator 3.

Genuine Creatbot high temp 420 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end will work for all materials upto 420C. This hot end doesnt have a teflon liner so it can be used with abrasive materials like carbon fibre. It will also work for PLA & other common materials. However, for beginners, we sometimes recommend printing those sorts of entry level materials with the standard temp hot end which has a teflon liner, which aids the smoother flow of PLA. So its a little more forgiving for times when your settings may not be quite perfect. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately.

Genuine Creatbot standard 260 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end is only for materials upto 260C. To print hotter, please use buy the High Temp Extruder hot end. The advantage of the standard hot end is that it has a teflon liner inside which aids smooth flow of materials like PLA. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. This is the Touch Sensor used on many 3d printers like our Creatbot F430 & new D600 for the Z axi homing & auto level. If the probe tip bends or breaks, you can easily replace the probe. After many months of High Temperature printing, it is common for the probe's internal magnetism to get demagnetised due to the heat in the chamber. This can cause it to stop clicking on & off. Please replace the probe as needed.

This is the small PCB that goes behind the extruders of a Creatbot F430 head. The main ribbon cable connects to it from the motherboard underneath the machine. And other connectors such as the temp sensors, cartridge heaters, probe etc plug into this little board.

This is the upgraded high speed nozzle for the FlashForge Adventurer 5M & 5M Pro 3d printers. It can print faster & hotter upto 280C on compatible Adventurer 5 series 3d printers. It is not for older Adventurer 3 or 4 models. This is also an easy switch nozzle, they look & work exactly like the previous 240C nozzle with the added advantage of printing at higher temperature & faster speeds. This unique system allows you to quickly switch the nozzle, & heater block without any assembly. Just press the clamps on the sides of the head to push this assembly out, & then insert a new one in.

Best Quality Creatbot Hardened Martensitic Steel nozzle for 1.75mm 3d printers to print high temperature & composite reinforced materials. Perfect for 3d printing Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, Kevlar, etc on Creatbot F430, F160, PEEK300 & D600 Pro 3d printers. Martensitic Steel nozzles are the best nozzles presently avaialble. They are the most durable nozzles compared to brass or stainless steel. Hardened martensitic steel allows much cleaner retractions than brass nozzles, which interestingly also improves the overall print quality. These nozzles can be used with Carbon Fiber filaments, however please be advised 0.4mm is on the edge, its a bit small for carbon to flow through well. Milled Carbon Fiber Nylon when printing small parts should be ok, but for larger longer prints, recommend using 0.6mm nozzles. These are well suited particularly for advanced materials that print at ultra high temps like PEEK, PEI Ultem, PPSU etc. Our nozzles are individually machined for optimum precision & longer life (not just die casted like cheap nozzles). This is the feeder gear that pushes filament inside the extruder on Creatbot F430, PEEk300, D600 Pro v1, & F160 series 3d printers. These cogs are made of hardened nickel stainless steel composite for optimum durability without being brittle. Most cheaper black feeders are made of carbide steel that can crack teeth & cause a jam in the hot end. This drive gear is mounted on the stepper motor inside the head. It is the cog that grips the filament & pushes it down the heat brake towards the hot end. Needs to be changed after a while when its teeth start to wear. Will wear more if using lots of Carbon or Glass Filled filaments.

This is a temperature sensor for the newer FlashForge Creator Pro 2 & Creator 3 Pro 3d printers. It is a threaded type that fits into the hot end block. This is not for older flashforge Creator series printers.

These hard nozzles are suitable for FlashForge Creator 3 PRO & Creator 4 series 3d printers. They will not fit the Creator 3 V2 or older Creator 3 machines with the long 1 piece nozzle type. 0.6mm nozzle diameter is recommended for Carbon Fiber, Glass, & Wood based filaments as it reduces chances of blockages & under-extrusion over longer prints. These nozzles also double or triple your effective throughput, thereby allowing your 3d prints to be completed much faster, usually 2 to 3 times faster! Hardened nozzles are the best type that do every kind of 3d printing really well. Simply unscrew the existing nozzle & screw the new one on, easy. This is the Full Matal hot end which doesn't have a teflon liner inside, allowing you to easily print Carbon Fiber as well as high temp materials up to 450C. If you are new to 3d printing, you might find it useful to start with the other Teflon lined heat brake version as it can be easier to print common materials like PLA & ABS with that one. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. But it will only operate up to 260C, please do not print hotter than that else you will damage the teflon liner. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. This is a temperature sensing thermister for Wanhao i3 3d printers. The thermisters for bed & nozzle are the same, however the wire length is slightly different. Please specify if you want one for the head, or for the nozzle. Please also specify which wanhao i3 3d printer type it is for: i3, i3 v2, i3 plus, i3 plus mk2, or i3 mini.
