Phrozen Aqua Plus Clear Resin 1 Litre
A versatile clear resin that offers fast 3d printing with significantly reduced tinting & yellowing of 3d prints. This is the perfect resin for general purpose prototyping of high accuracy transparent parts. Most clear resins turn yellow almost instantly when printed. And they become cloudy when cured. To reduce this, some resin makers have added blue dye into clear resins to make them look less yellow, however that is not an actual solution. Freshly printed models might look foggy or frosted, and require further polishing to achieve clear, transparent results. And once you do the processing, the Aqua Clear plus has the best chance of looking transparent compared to other products. Polyether Imide (PEI) Ultem 1010 is an amorphous thermoplastic with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217 °C. It has a continuous operating temperature of up to 170 °C. This inherently flame retardant plastic has UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings. It is dark amber & slightly translucent. We source our ultra performance filaments very carefully, as they are expensive, & we want you to have the best experience with them. This 3D4Makers PEEK filament is made in Netherlands using the absolute best Luvocom 3F 9581 formulation. The material is approved according to EN ISO 10993-1, -5 and -12*, UN-ECE R.118.03 (fire behaviour of materials in buses) and meets the NORSOK M 710 requirements. This is a Higher Flow PEEK created specifically for Additive Manufacturing to offer better Printability than other peek filaments on the market. PA (Polyamide) is a natural Nylon which has several advantages as a plastic. High Strength, High Flexibility, High Surface Abrasion Resistance, Excellent Chemical & Petroleum Resistance. Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. Nylon can be a challenging material to 3d print. But our new formulations are making Nylon 3d printing much easier than before. Polyether Ketone Ketone (PEKK) is a semi-crystaline thermoplastic in the Polyaryletherketone family. It has higher heat resistance than PEEK, offers exceptional chemical resistance, & can withstand high mechanical stress. This is our flagship High Strength & High Temp Nylon 6 with Carbon Fibre, which can handle a whopping 120C continuous service temperature while offering a 130 MPa strength. Despite being a Nylon 6, it has a low moisture absorption formula so it won't get soft quickly like cheaper Nylon's do.
