  • These simple external filament rollers can be used to put filament rolls of any size outside your printer & feed into the 3d printer. Great to load 3kg spools of filament into smaller printers. This works easily with rolls of any size including 1kg, 3kg, 5kg etc. The bearings allow rolls to turn freely, regardless of weight. The 2 pieces can be placed as far or as near as possible, based on the width of the rolls. Particularly useful for small light weight 3d printers which would otherwise topple when a heavy roll was mounted on them.

  • 3D4Makers C8 3D Printing Filament 1.75mm 750g

Facilanâ„¢ C8 is a type of filament specifically designed for 3D printing. It is known for its excellent printability and high strength properties compared to traditional PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament. One notable advantage of Facilanâ„¢ C8 is its ability to print without visible layers. This means that the printed object will have a smooth and seamless appearance, devoid of any visible lines or layers that are typically seen with other filament types. This makes Facilanâ„¢ C8 ideal for printing objects that require a high level of aesthetic finish. In addition to its superior surface finish, Facilanâ„¢ C8 also possesses enhanced strength properties compared to PLA. The filament has good dimensional stability, which means that the printed objects are less prone to warping or shrinking during the printing process. This allows for greater structural integrity and accuracy in the printed parts.

  • Carbon Fibre reinforced Steel board Actual board size is 490mm x 305mm Designed to fit our Creatbot F430 PEEK 3d printer but can be used in any machine of similar size. The advantage is that this surface offers very high abrassion resistance. So when you 3d print with high temp materials, the surface can last longer. The other advantage of these boards is that they can be used as removable build plates. We recommend sticking a PEI sheet on this if you want to use them in that way, as PEI is a more versatile surface & not just one for 3d printing PEEK. Please see our 400x300mm PEI sheets here.
  • Genuine Creatbot door handles. These are the slim thin silver coloured aluminum door handles on newer Creatbot 3d printers with hinged doors. They are the smaller size (approx 80mm long), which are used for DX, DE, F160. They are also used on the rear chamber doors of the F430. These are attached to the Acrylic doors on the D series, & corresponding door frames on F series machines.
  • This is the Touch Sensor used on many 3d printers like our Creatbot F430 & new D600 for the Z axi homing & auto level. If the probe tip bends or breaks, you can easily replace the probe. After many months of High Temperature printing, it is common for the probe's internal magnetism to get demagnetised due to the heat in the chamber. This can cause it to stop clicking on & off. Please replace the probe as needed.
  • The Teflon feed tube to connect the extruder to the head on Creatbot D series 3d printers like the Creatbot DX, DE etc. Includes the brass studs that the tube plugs into & locks into place. Screws on the head end & the extruder end. No assembly needed. Available for 3mm filament as well as 1.75mm filament based Creatbot D series machines. Please specify filament diameter, otherwise the default 3mm compatible tubes will be sent as they are more common. If your lugs break off, please consider buying this 1 piece ready tube.
  • Standard Tube Cartridge Heater that slots inside the hot block. Has long wire leads. Suitable for all Creatbot D series 3d printers including DX , DX Plus, DE , DE Plus for all single, dual or triple head models.
  • This package consists the entire extruder, hot end & connector systems of a Creatbot D 1.75mm head. It is mainly use to convert older 3mm D series 3d printers that used 2.85mm, over to 1.75mm filament. Works with Creatbot DX & DE series 3d printers.
  • Genuine Creatbot second generation nozzles. Will suit all Creatbot D series 3D Printers we sell: DM, DX, DE & Plus versions We stock a wide range of nozzle diameters: 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 mm
  • This is a temperature sensing Thermocouple for Creatbot D series 3d printers like DX, DE. Loose contacts with the temp sensor can cause inaccurate readings, which compromises the accuracy of your plastic flow. With a new temp sensor, you ensure optimal temperature control for your Creatbot DX & DE machines. This means more accurate & stronger 3d prints without under-extrusion & layer delamination.
  • Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects onto the heat sink on top & the nozzle goes at the bottom. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints. Will suit all Creatbot D series 3D Printers we sell including DM, DX, DE, the Plus versions, & the older D600 3mm machines

  • Big Parts, High Accuracy, & Reliability - In ALL Filament Materials currently available. The Creatbot D600 Pro 2 is the latest version of the successful D600 commercial grade FDM 3D printer. It features Servo Controlled motors & closed loop feedback electronics, giving it the most precise head calibration of any similar sized large scale 3D Printer on the market. It has become common to see low cost large size 3d printers on the market. So why would you buy this one? Just doubling the size of every single part & giving you a large bed, doesn't lead to a successful print. With cheaper printers you will see them advertise a size like 500x500mm, but when you actually try to print a part that size, your builds will consistently fail. Multi-day prints will be composed of layer shifts in the XY direction, even a 0.1mm XY shift will land your part in the rubbish bin. This is why real commercial grade 3d printers are designed to be able to produce what the spec sheet actually has on it. And that is the reliability you need, so that you dont come back to a 3 day print only to throw it in the bin. Large 600mm x 600mm x 600mm actively convection heated build volume makes it possible to print large parts one piece with ease. And the servo control system doesn't cause stepper drivers to overheat, which is all too common in kit style large 3d printers. Suited to producing large yet highly accurate 3d models, the D600 has every professional grade feature you would expect. Contact us today to see how our leading edge Creatbot D600 2 could give you the edge in product development & manufacturing. Please see full specification details below. Free training is offered with our Creatbot D600. We will spend several hours with you to discuss any product specific requirements & help you get the best possible outcomes from these 3d printers. We will also help you implement the 3d printer into your workflow, so you can rely on a team right here in Auckland. We also offer Free Phone based support, not just email. All spare parts are stocked right here in Auckland & sent same day in most cases with overnight courier. So should you need a spare part, your 3d printer isn't sitting there costing you money. • This is the feeder gear that pushes filament inside the extruder on Creatbot F430, PEEk300, D600 Pro v1, & F160 series 3d printers. These cogs are made of hardened nickel stainless steel composite for optimum durability without being brittle. Most cheaper black feeders are made of carbide steel that can crack teeth & cause a jam in the hot end. This drive gear is mounted on the stepper motor inside the head. It is the cog that grips the filament & pushes it down the heat brake towards the hot end. Needs to be changed after a while when its teeth start to wear. Will wear more if using lots of Carbon or Glass Filled filaments.
  • Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects the hot block into the extruder mechanism. This is the Full Matal hot end which doesn't have a teflon liner inside, allowing you to easily print Carbon Fiber as well as high temp materials up to 450C. If you are new to 3d printing, you might find it useful to start with the other Teflon lined heat brake version as it can be easier to print common materials like PLA & ABS with that one. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. Will suit all Creatbot D series 3D Printers we sell including F160, F160 PEEK, F430, F430 PEEK, D600 PRO (not the older D600)
