Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. Nylon is a challenging material to 3d print. Active Heated chamber recommended for the best performance. Please consider advanced 3d printers such as the Creatbot F-430 3D Printer if you intend to 3D Print Functional parts frequently. -
Copper Filament - High Density - Now in NZ Our Metal filled filaments are high density 3d printer filaments with around 20% pure metal powder in it. Please be careful of very cheap 'metal' filaments that usually have only 2% bronze inside cheap PLA material! Copper is a high density metal filament that even has some electrical conductivity! And you can use it for medals, trophies, commemorative emblems, or jewellery too. Our metal filaments can be 3d printed & then sanded to make the metal inside sparkle! Any 3d printer can 3d print metal filled materials but we recommend 0.6mm or larger nozzles with 02.mm (200 micron) or fatter layer height. Print slowly & at slightly higher temperatures than usual. Esun Aluminium 3d printer Filament - First in NZ Our Metal filled filaments are high density 3d printer filaments with around 20% pure metal powder in it. Please be careful of very cheap 'metal' filaments that usually have only 2% inside cheap PLA material. Aluminium is the closest you can come to real silver looking 3d prints by polishing it. In its raw state it looks like limestone which is excellent for architecture. You can also do a rough sand to give it the look of concrete or stone walls. Our metal filaments can be 3d printed & then sanded to make the metal inside sparkle! Steel is no exception & will certainly shine if you polish it. These filaments are also being used in experimental applications to explore uses such as sintering, baking & smelting to make production metal parts out of them with freedom of design at extremely cheap prices. Any 3d printer can 3d print metal filled materials but we recommend 0.6mm or larger nozzles with 02.mm (200 micron) or fatter layer height. Print slowly & at slightly higher temperatures than usual. Carbon Fibre reinforced Steel board Actual board size is 490mm x 305mm Designed to fit our Creatbot F430 PEEK 3d printer but can be used in any machine of similar size. The advantage is that this surface offers very high abrassion resistance. So when you 3d print with high temp materials, the surface can last longer. The other advantage of these boards is that they can be used as removable build plates. Nylon PA6 3D Filament Made in Netherlands by 3D4Makers - 750g 2.85mm
Luvocom® 3F PAHT 9825 NT Filament is a Low Moisture High-temperature polyamide that doesn't have Carbon Fiber in it. High Strength, High Flexibility, High Surface Abrasion Resistance, Excellent Chemical & Petroleum Resistance. Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. This roll of Nylon PA6 in 2.85mm designed to work with most 3mm compatible 3d printers like Creatbot, Ultimaker, Taz etc Its water uptake takes about 4 times longer to reach saturation point compared to other PA6 on the market. And its saturation point is 5 times lower than conventional PA6 materials, meaning it has very little mositure rentention. This particular engineering polymer grade is tailored made for the 3D printing industry to match the injection molding strength requirements and focusing on the serial production of end-parts. The filament can be used on conventional FFF / FDM 3D printing systems due to the enhanced printability, & improved layer bonding even without the use of a heated chamber. -

Specially designed for jewellery casting, Phrozen’s Wax-like Castable Resins burn cleanly to provide reliable casting for all types of models, especially jewelry and any high precision dental parts. These Violet resins can be used in dentristry as well, they are will offer finer details to most green products. Esun Pure PolyCarbonate Filament from 3D Printer Store
Poly-Carbonate commonly referred to as just PC, is one of the most capable Functional Polymers in the world. PC is the King of cost-effective engineering thermoplastics thanks to High Temperature resistance, UV stability & Flame Retarding. Flame retardant level: UL94：V2 Pure PC handles a whooping 140C continuous operating temperature - only to be beaten by PEI / PEEK Print temperature range: 240-280℃; Black PolyCarbonate Esun Filament 0.5Kg in 1.75mm ABS will only handle 85C in most continuous high temperature applications. You can boil water in pure PC but you can't in ABS or any blended PC-ABS. Pure PC is thus food safe & common in food containers. -

ASA UV Stable 3D Printing Filament is a cousin of the famous ABS. ASA is similar to ABS in almost all aspects with the addition of UV stability. So it can be 3D Printed like ABS in most 3D Printers. BLACK colour ASA 3D Printer Filament 1 Kg roll Please remember that UV stability does not mean 100% UV 'Proof' All plastics - even PolyCarbonate will eventually crumble under our harsh New Zealand sun or other high levels of UV. But ASA is the cheapest material to offer UV immunity. It is also easier to work with than more advanced materials.

Cleaning filament will clean your 3d printer head quickly & easily. This 100 gram packet which will last you a VERY LONG TIME! Excellent to clean the head system of debris thats stuck inside the hot end & nozzle. Please read this article on how to use cleaning filament with a cold extrusion pull. Simply extruding this filament through the head will help clean it, but is not enough to get the best clean. Please follow the above article for better results.

This 3D4Makers PEEK filament is made in Netherlands using the absolute best Luvocom 3F 9581 formulation. The material is approved according to EN ISO 10993-1, -5 and -12*, UN-ECE R.118.03 (fire behaviour of materials in buses) and meets the NORSOK M 710 requirements. PVA is commonly used as a soluble support material for 3d prints. The new ePVA+ works with ABS & many other materials! Some delicate 3d prints or items that need really good surface finish, need to use a lot of support. Because of that, the complex support material can be difficult to manually remove & it can even crack the actual part while being removed. PVA solves the problem because you 3d print the main part with 1 head using PLA & print the supports with the other head using PVA. It is the best soluble material for dual extruder 3d printers especially when printing with PLA. This PVA is top quality & will deliver superb results on any 3D Printer. 0.5Kg roll of 1.75mm filament in a plain natural colour.

This is the Touch Sensor used on many 3d printers like our Creatbot F430 & new D600 for the Z axi homing & auto level. If the probe tip bends or breaks, you can easily replace the probe. After many months of High Temperature printing, it is common for the probe's internal magnetism to get demagnetised due to the heat in the chamber. This can cause it to stop clicking on & off. Please replace the probe as needed.

This is a magnetic slide on base plate for FF AD3 3D Printer. Its got an excellent buildtak surface on it which provides excellent part adhesion & good surface finish. The metal sheet is removable & slides into the bed & gives you a new build surface to 3d print on. Its good to replace these plates as & when needed to get optimal auto correction & auto level to work, depending on how much 3d printing you are doing.

New improved easy switch nozzle & hot end for the FlashForge Adventurer series 3D Printer. These nozzles work on Adventurer 3, Adventurer 3 Pro, & Adventurer 4 3d printers. Please choose your nozzle diameter & temperature from the dropdowns. This is a superbly easy to use, unique system that allows you to quickly switch the nozzle, & heater block without any assembly. Just press the clamps on the sides of the head to push this assembly out, & then insert a new one in. They are avilable in 2 temperature options; 240C & 260C. As well as in 2 different sizes, 0.4mm & 0.6mm. These nozzles are stainless steel, so wear much lesser than brass nozzles. With machines like the Adventurer 4, you can buy the 0.6mm nozzle head to print with Carbon Fiber. This is a real advantage for a machine in this price point to now offer Carbon FIber 3d printing capability. For older Adventuer 3 3D Printers (before 2020) we recommend you use the 240C 0.4mm nozzles.

Michael Williams2022-06-28Sent them an email explaining what I was trying to achieve and asked for their advice. They responded promptly and recommend a basic 3d printer which turned out absolutely fit for purpose. Ordered online and with good communication i had printer within days. Will definitely return when I upgrade. This printing stuff is very addictive.
