Genuine Creatbot high temp 420 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end will work for all materials upto 420C. This hot end doesnt have a teflon liner so it can be used with abrasive materials like carbon fibre. It will also work for PLA & other common materials. However, for beginners, we sometimes recommend printing those sorts of entry level materials with the standard temp hot end which has a teflon liner, which aids the smoother flow of PLA. So its a little more forgiving for times when your settings may not be quite perfect. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately.

If you find that the machine can't detect filament despite loading it, then this sensor may need replacing. Before replacing the sensor, ensure there is no filament shard inside obstructing it. And also check that the limit switch inside has not bent. Such fixes are simple & may not need replacing the whole sensor. In some machines such as the previous F430's, the sensor board is mounted on the head. On newer PEEK300 & D600 pro 2, the sensor board is mounted in the filament chamber on the aluminum housing as per the photo above.
-
This is the new quick change nozzle assembly that includes a heat brake. Works on all new Creatbot D600 Pro 2 HS & Creatbot D1000 HS series 3d printers. It will not work on older D600 Pro 2 machines, or older D1000 3d printers. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Best Quality Creatbot Hardened Martensitic Steel nozzle for 1.75mm 3d printers to print high temperature & composite reinforced materials. Perfect for 3d printing Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, Kevlar, etc on Creatbot F430, F160, PEEK300 & D600 Pro 3d printers. Martensitic Steel nozzles are the best nozzles presently available. They are the most durable nozzles compared to brass or stainless steel. Hardened martensitic steel allows much cleaner retractions than brass nozzles, which interestingly also improves the overall print quality. These nozzles can be used with Carbon Fiber filaments, however please be advised 0.4mm is on the smaller side for carbon to flow through well. Milled Carbon Fiber Nylon when printing small parts should be ok, but for larger longer prints, we recommend using 0.6mm nozzles for Carbon Fiber composite materials. These are well suited particularly for advanced materials that print at ultra high temps like PEEK, PEI Ultem, PPSU etc. Our nozzles are individually machined for optimum precision & longer life (not just die casted & pressed like inferior nozzles). Will suit all Creatbot F series & PEEK series 3D Printers we sell: Creatbot F160, F430, PEEK 300 & D600 Pro 3d printers Please choose from diameters 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 mm Our nozzles can also be used with other Mk8 compatible 3d printer heads.

Power Interruption Circuit board for Creatbot desktop series D & F series 3d printers including DM , DX / DX Plus & DE / DE Plus 3D, F160 / F160 PEEK & F430 PEEK 3D Printer Printers. For D600 PRO series, PEEK 300 & F1000 series, please contact us for the appropriate part. This circuit board detects if there is a power failure while your Creatbot 3d printer is printing. Then when power resumes & the printer is started, the option to resume to resume the existing print is offered. This circuit is not critical, & the printer can still continue to be used with the board's white wire unplugged. Locations where there are excessive power outages seem to cause this board to blow out more frequently than other places. This is mainly because of spikes & voltage fluctuations in such locations. If you experience the need to frequently replace these, we recommend connecting your printer through a spike protector.

Creatbot S-PAHT is a dedicated breakaway support filament optimised to work with high temp Nylons & Poly Carbonates. This gives you a smooth surface finish where the support is removed. This support material works well with our Carbon Fiber reinforced Nylons & Glass Fiber Nylons & PC-CF as well. If you print supports with the same material as the part, the area where support sticks is usually rough. Breakaway supports fix this problem by providing more contact while being easy to break off. Dual extruder 3d printers or multi material systems or AMS are required to use support materials.

Best Tool for 3D Print Cleanups
These are jewellery grade snipping side cutters. They have a flat blade on the cutting edge, meaning they can cut quite close to surface. They are great to remove tiny bits of plastic or some support material without hurting yourself. This humble tool might look like any ordinary cutter, but its much more! The blades sharpened edges are at a horizontal angle & designed to cut close to the part surface. The spring loaded handles allow for careful & controlled cutting. The thin tip allows cleanup in harder to reach places. It is also excellent to cleanup the nozzle without hurting yourself. Try this excellent tool out - you will be impressed! Please note the colour is random, it can be Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange. -
Deli Yellow is an affordable versatile glue stick that works really well on all bed surfaces for all 3d printers. PLA, ABS, ASA, Nylon, HIPS will benefit from glue. You will need glue when 3d printing with Nylon, Carbon Fibre, PolyPropylene, & other Engineering materials that don't like to stick to other surfaces. Applying glue greatly reduces warping. You can start with this cheapest glue stick, & then move to get more specialised glue sticks from our collection of bed prep adhesives if needed. Just apply a thin layer of this glue on a warm build surface, & print directly on it.

Esun ABS+ is a Low Warp ABS 3D Printer Filament The new Esun ABS plus is a new formulation of ABS that allows for high speed 3d printing on modern 3d printers with reduced warping. It also works well with larger nozzles & fatter layers to improve build speed with high flow 3d printers. This is the easiest to 3d print ABS filament available to date for any 3d printer. The additives in ABS+ reduce corner warpage & improve part strength even when printed fast. This helps 3d printing ABS reliably in machines that dont have heated chambers. This new type of ABS 3d filament is suited to 3d printing finer ABS parts with a matted finish. 3D Prints with the same temperatures, speed & ease as regular ABS - with reduced warping. All ABS exhibits shrinkage, but this new filament warps less than common ABS filaments.

eSUN ePA-12 Carbon Fiber reinforced filament We're proud to be the first to introduce Esun's latest Nylon 12 grade Carbon Reinforced filament in New Zealand. Esun ePA12+CF builds on esun's ePA12 formula by offering reduced moisture absorption, lower warping, greater stiffness, & improved layer adhesion. This improved printability on a larger range of 3d printers & allows larger Nylon 12 objects to be printed than earlier. Most other filaments are Nylon PA6. Our Nylon PA12 opens up possibilities that PA6 might not be capable enough to handle. Nylon PA12 far less moisture absorption making PA12 CF more suited to use in close aqueous or wet conditions even in contact with water. PA6 can get soft if it left in water for very long. Nylon 12 also handles much hotter temperatures, is much stiffer than Nylon 6, & even stronger - better than Nylon 6/6 as well. Nylon 12 also has excellent anti static properties. It is also UL94 V2 Flame Retardant for a continuous running temp of 120C making it perfect for electronics housings. Please be aware that Carbon Fiber however is slightly conductive, so if you need insulative properties, then the Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon Filament will be a better choice. This is a 1Kg reel of 1.75mm filament. Carbon Fiber filament is matte Black in colour.
