3D4Makers PEI ULTEM™ 1010
Polyether Imide (PEI) Ultem 1010 is an amorphous thermoplastic with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217 °C. It has a continuous operating temperature of up to 170 °C. This inherently flame retardant plastic has UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings. It is dark amber & slightly translucent. We source our ultra performance filaments very carefully, as they are expensive, & we want you to have the best experience with them. We selected 3D4Makers ultra Filament that's Made in Netherlands to tight tolerances & offers easier printability than other ultra performance filaments on the market. Good printability leads to excellent layer adhesion & this greatly improves the impact resistance, strength & durability of this PEI 1010 filament over that of others. This 3D4Makers PEEK filament is made in Netherlands using the absolute best Luvocom 3F 9581 formulation. eSUN Nylon 12 Carbon Fiber Now in NZ!
We're really proud to be the first to introduce this highly sought after Nylon 12 grade Carbon Reinforced 3d filament in New Zealand. Most other filaments are Nylon 6. Our PA12 opens up possibilities that PA6 might not be capable enough to handle. Nylon PA12 far less moisture absorption making PA12 CF more suited to use in close aqueous or wet conditions even in contact with water. PA6 can get soft if it left in water for very long. Nylon 12 also handles much hotter temperatures, is much stiffer than Nylon 6, & even stronger - better than Nylon 6/6 as well. Nylon 12 also has excellent anti static properties. It is also UL94 V2 Flame Retardant for a continuous running temp of 120C making it perfect for electronics housings. Please be aware that Carbon Fiber however is slightly conductive, so if you need insulative properties, then the Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon Filament will be a better choice. 3D4Makers C8 3D Printing Filament 1.75mm 750g
Facilan™ C8 is a type of filament specifically designed for 3D printing. It is known for its excellent printability and high strength properties compared to traditional PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament. One notable advantage of Facilan™ C8 is its ability to print without visible layers. This means that the printed object will have a smooth and seamless appearance, devoid of any visible lines or layers that are typically seen with other filament types. This makes Facilan™ C8 ideal for printing objects that require a high level of aesthetic finish. In addition to its superior surface finish, Facilan™ C8 also possesses enhanced strength properties compared to PLA. The filament has good dimensional stability, which means that the printed objects are less prone to warping or shrinking during the printing process. Esun Wood filament has around 15% wood fiber in it. This is a 1Kg roll. The colour is a lighter shade of wood, similar to bamboo. This is not just 'wood coloured' PLA - the material actually has wood powder in it. It also has the surface finish comparable to wood / bamboo. It can sanded just like mdf sheets, & can even be coated with a layer of Polyurethane. Kindly note that since this is real wood powder, there can be some batch to batch variation in the shade of the material. So it may look slightly different to the photo above.

TPU-HS is improving your TPU printing experience by allowing for a higher flow rate which increases your print speed and now it is even easier to print with all 3D printers. Thermoplastic PolyUrethane is a very popular flexible plastic. They demonstrate excellent antibacterial and antifungal effects, with antibacterial rates of up to 99.9% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and a mold resistance level of 0—resistant to mold erosion. It is an ideal first flexible material for designs where you need flexiblity without wanting excessive expansion & elongation. This listing is for a 1Kg roll of 1.75mm Flexible plastic filament. -
Esun eFlex 87A TPU Flexible 3D Printing Filament
This is grade 87A TPU which is quite flexible, yet slightly easier to 3d print than the softer grade like NinjaFlex 85A or TPE Elastic 83A. Thermoplastic Elastomeric is a broad category of flexible plastic filaments. This grade works well with most popular direct drive extruder 3d printers including Creatbot, Makerbot, FlashForge Creator, Prusa, Wanhao, etc without requiring extensive modifications. It is not the best choice for Bowden style 3d printers, but it has a better chance of working with them over the softer 83 or 85 TPU.. For cheaper bowden machines like Creality Ender, we recommend you start with Grade 95A as it is is easier to print. This is a 1 KG roll of 1.75mm Natural coloured Flexible plastic filament, slightly opague. If you want very rubbery stretchy prints that could even be used for some gaskets, please see our 83A filament. If you want very durable rubbery 3d prints that exhibit some similarity to HDPE / LDPE then please consider PA Nylon Filament -

Why our PLA-CF filament? Did you know that most Carbon Fiber reinforced PLA filaments have only 5% of Carbon in them? Our filament has 20% Carbon Fibre in it - making for a substantial improvement to PLA 3d filaments. We hunted long & far to find a PLA Plus CF that actually performs like it should, & finally have got one made to our specification using PLA plus rather than standard PLA & adding fibre to it. Improved toughness & higher flexural strength are just the beginning. Add Improved surface abrasion resistance, meaning prints wont be scratched easily over other materials. Expect improved peak temperature handling performance, meaning a short burst of temperature won't instantly melt your part. And the Good looks are a bonus. The surface finish of our PLA is smooth & the material is more reliable to 3d print than cheaper options. We still recommend using 0.6mm nozzles for big prints, but 0.4mm is not a problem for standard 3d printing.

Wood 3D Printer Filament in NZ
Our Wood Filament has over 20% of real MDF fibres to give a true wood like texture & effect. It has a slightly grainy texture as you would expect from wood, contrary to some wood filaments which look quite tacky & plastic like in their feel. It can be sanded just like mdf sheets, & can even be coated with a layer of Polyurethane just like real wood! This is not just 'wood colour' - the material actually has milled wood in it that can even bond to traditional wood glues. You can use similar settings as normal PLA for a start. It is highly recommended that you use a thicker diameter nozzle (0.6mm or similar instead of the standard 0.4mm nozzles), but 0.4mm can also work. Start off by 3d printing with wood at 0.25mm (250 micron) layer height with 230 deg extruder at 40mm/s speed. Please note that since this is made using real wood fibers, there can be some batch to batch colour variation. So the filament shade can look slightly different to what you see on the screen. -

Sale!ABS+HS High Speed Low Warp 3D Printer Filament The new Esun ABS plus HS is a new formulation of ABS that allows for high speed 3d printing on modern 3d printers. It also works well with larger nozzles & fatter layers to improve build speed with high flow 3d printers. This is the easiest to 3d print ABS filament available to date for any 3d printer. The additives in ABS+ reduce corner warpage & improve part strength even when printed fast. This helps 3d printing ABS reliably in machines that dont have heated chambers. This new type of ABS 3d filament is suited to 3d printing finer ABS parts with a matted finish. 3D Prints with the same temperatures, speed & ease as regular ABS - with reduced warping. All ABS will shrink, but with this new filament esun have made it easier to 3d print abs as it warps lesser than common ABS filaments. We highly recommend PEI sheets as the BEST 3D printing surface for ABS.
