We're happy to introduce the new Wax like Jewelry casting resin by Phrozen. Phrozen is revolutionising SLA 3D Printing resins by offering cutting edge formulations that provide better results than ever before at an amazing price point. Specially designed for jewellery casting, Phrozen’s Wax-like Castable Resins burn cleanly to provide reliable casting for all types of models, especially jewelry and any high precision dental parts. This is a violet resin, & is superior to most of the cheaper green dental casting resins you will find. These Violet resins can be used in dentristry as well, they are will offer finer details to most green products. Very similar casting properties to the Wax resin models used by Jewellers, & works with common burnout cycles. Please see the Burnout schedule image supplied by Phrozen that you can send to your casting company, or follow for casting yourself. We recommend cleaning these wax print parts with our special resin cleaning liquid inside an ultrasonic cleaner, after which you should cure them in a heated curer like our FlashForge FC1 cure box. This will provide low-shrinkage, high-precision models that will cast ash free with far less surface aberration. It will also have low water absorption during the printing process, giving you more consistent results than other castable resins on the market. Designed to be sent to your foundry for casting into any metal including gold, silver, platinum etc We recommend DLP technology to work with wax based resins, though common LCD printers will work fine as well. These resins are compatible with most mSLA LCD DLP style 3D Printers including our FlashFroge Hunter DLP, Phrozen Mega 8k, Sonic XL, & Transform 3D Printers. Pet-G is very good functional material & its easier to work with than Abs. It is the same food safe PET thats used in water bottles etc It does not shrink or warp as easily as Abs does, & thus provides good dimensional accuracy for beginners who want to move up from PLA+. It provides excellent finish, high tensile strength, & has a high temperature Glass Transition Temperature of 80 deg C. Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects the hot block into the extruder mechanism. This is the Full Matal hot end which doesn't have a teflon liner inside, allowing you to easily print Carbon Fiber as well as high temp materials up to 450C. If you are new to 3d printing, you might find it useful to start with the other Teflon lined heat brake version as it can be easier to print common materials like PLA & ABS with that one. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints. Phrozen Wash Resin Cleaning liquid - The Best Resin 3D Print Cleaning
Phrozen’s Wash Resin Cleaner is a powerful cleaning agent that dissolves uncured UV resin. Allows you to wash your printed models by either spraying or soaking it directly into the liquid. It is very low viscosity cleaning liquid, no sud (non foaming) so works extremely well in Ultra Sonic cleaners & debinders. This Resin Cleaner has almost no odor & is not flammable like IPA. It works perfectly for standard resin as well as Water wash resins! Please note these come in 5 Liter Jugs. However, we offer these in 1L bottles by filling them from the 5L jug. So the 1l bottle will not have a Phrozen brand label on it. If you want a labelled can, then please buy the 5L can which will be the full can with Phrozen's label on it. Latest ACF Film for 15" LCD Resin 3D Printers The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowerst peel force so suction forces are minised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printign high performance enginering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a sginifcatly bettter non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. This is the upgraded 265C higher temp nozzle for the FlashForge Adventurer 3. It can be used instead of the standard 240C temperature nozzles in all compatible FlashForge adverturer 3 3d printers. This is also an easy switch nozzle, they look & work exactly like the previous 240C nozzle with the added advantage of printing to a slightly higher temperture. This is unique system allows you to quickly switch the nozzle, & heater block without any assembly. Just press the clamps on the sides of the head to push this assembly out, & then insert a new one in.

These simple external filament rollers can be used to put filament rolls of any size outside your printer & feed into the 3d printer. Great to load 3kg spools of filament into smaller printers. This works easily with rolls of any size including 1kg, 3kg, 5kg etc. The bearings allow rolls to turn freely, regardless of weight. The 2 pieces can be placed as far or as near as possible, based on the width of the rolls. Particularly useful for small light weight 3d printers which would otherwise topple when a heavy roll was mounted on them.
