This 3D4Makers PEEK filament is made in Netherlands using the absolute best Luvocom 3F 9581 formulation. The material is approved according to EN ISO 10993-1, -5 and -12*, UN-ECE R.118.03 (fire behaviour of materials in buses) and meets the NORSOK M 710 requirements. This is a Higher Flow PEEK created specifically for Additive Manufacturing to offer better Printability than other peek filaments on the market. It is a completely natural beige peek product which will give you a base filament as close to natural peek machining block colour as possible. PEEK is the best material for anything functional & mechanical, that needs to perform as closely to a metal like aluminum as possible while still being a plastic that is 3d printable. So its the perfect choice for Gears, Screws, Cogs, even complex worm wheel assembly parts are fine. That includes Hinges & other loading applications. It is also ideal for electronics enclosures where the enclosure needs to offer electrical & heat insulation, strength, flame retardance & element resistance including wet or organic aqueus conditions. This is a Carbon Fibre reinforced spring steel sheet designed for the Creatbot F160 & F160 PEEK 3d printer Bed. It allows you to setup an easy removable build plate system by 3d printing on this plate, or attaching your chosen build surface onto this plate. Check out our matching Creatbot F160 Build Tak Bed Mat for a sleek & easy solution. This is a high wear resistant 3d printing surface that can provide good adhesion for PEEK & PEI or other advanced polymers, with appropriate surface glues. This is the Touch Sensor used on many 3d printers like our Creatbot F430 & new D600 for the Z axi homing & auto level. If the probe tip bends or breaks, you can easily replace the probe. After many months of High Temperature printing, it is common for the probe's internal magnetism to get demagnetised due to the heat in the chamber. This can cause it to stop clicking on & off. Please replace the probe as needed.

Why our PLA-CF filament? Did you know that most Carbon Fiber reinforced PLA filaments have only 5% of Carbon in them? Our filament has 20% Carbon Fibre in it - making for a substantial improvement to PLA 3d filaments. We hunted long & far to find a PLA Plus CF that actually performs like it should, & finally have got one made to our specification using PLA plus rather than standard PLA & adding fibre to it. Improved toughness & higher flexural strength are just the beginning. Add Improved surface abrasion resistance, meaning prints wont be scratched easily over other materials. Expect improved peak temperature handling performance, meaning a short burst of temperature won't instantly melt your part. And the Good looks are a bonus. The surface finish of our PLA is smooth & the material is more reliable to 3d print than cheaper options. We still recommend using 0.6mm nozzles for big prints, but 0.4mm is not a problem for standard 3d printing.

This is a magnetic slide on base plate for FF AD3 3D Printer. Its got an excellent buildtak surface on it which provides excellent part adhesion & good surface finish. The metal sheet is removable & slides into the bed & gives you a new build surface to 3d print on. Its good to replace these plates as & when needed to get optimal auto correction & auto level to work, depending on how much 3d printing you are doing.

Easy switch nozzle & hot end assembly for the FlashForge Adventurer series 3D Printer. These nozzles work on Adventurer 3 & Adventurer 4 series 3d printers. 0.4mm nozzle diameter. Will work with old & new Adventurer 3, 3 lite, 3 Pro, 4 Pro 3d printers. For Adventurer 5M series please buy the other nozzle. This is a superbly easy to use, unique system that allows you to quickly switch the nozzle, & heater block without any assembly. Just press the clamps on the sides of the head to push this assembly out, & then insert a new one in. They are avilable in 2 temperature options; 240C & 260C. As well as in 2 different sizes, 0.4mm & 0.6mm. These nozzles are stainless steel, so wear much lesser than brass nozzles.

eSUN Nylon 12 Carbon Fiber Now in NZ!
We're really proud to be the first to introduce this highly sought after Nylon 12 grade Carbon Reinforced 3d filament in New Zealand. Most other filaments are Nylon 6. Our PA12 opens up possibilities that PA6 might not be capable enough to handle. Nylon PA12 far less moisture absorption making PA12 CF more suited to use in close aqueous or wet conditions even in contact with water. PA6 can get soft if it left in water for very long. Nylon 12 also handles much hotter temperatures, is much stiffer than Nylon 6, & even stronger - better than Nylon 6/6 as well. Nylon 12 also has excellent anti static properties. It is also UL94 V2 Flame Retardant for a continuous running temp of 120C making it perfect for electronics housings. Please be aware that Carbon Fiber however is slightly conductive, so if you need insulative properties, then the Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon Filament will be a better choice. This is a 1Kg reel of 1.75mm filament. Carbon Fiber is always matte Black in colour (a very dark grey) -

Deli is an affordable versatile glue stick that works really well on all bed surfaces for all 3d printers. PLA, ABS, ASA, Nylon, HIPS etc will benefit from glue particularly on glass beds. You will need glue when 3d printing with Nylon, Carbon Fibre, PolyPropylene, & other Engineering materials that don't like to stick to other surfaces. Applying glue greatly reduces warping from all materials. You can start with this cheapest glue stick, & then move to get more specialised glue sticks from our collection of bed prep adhesives. Just apply a thin layer of this glue on a warm build surface, & print directly on it. Please take care that if printing directly on glass beds then some materials can crack the bed when taking it off after using glue. We recommend you buy a PEI sheet first rather than directly on glass or ceramic. This is a PVA based glue that easily wipes off with a damp cloth. Reapply only as needed. Less is more with Glue when used for 3d printing. 36g glue stick
