The frequency of motion they form safely dislodges uncured resin particles at a microscopic level that other devices cant create. Ultrasonic cleaners can clean most resin parts in 3 mins. Most entry level washers can't beat that. The fact that there is no heavy movement, allows debris to settle rather than float around. This makes it far easier to get the parts clean with less fluid use. Resin cleaning liquids like Monocure Resin away & Phrozen now make it a cheaper & safer option than to use IPA or other explosive alcohol based cleaners. Introducing the Flashforge Heated Curer FC3
To get professional resin 3d prints, you need to cure them not only with UV, but also with the correct amount of heat during that UV curing process. When resin cures, it generates heat. A heated chamber keeps the part at an already uniform temperature, so when the part cures, the internal sections cure in a stable environment, so it reduces distortion & also crystallises the polymer chains evenly. Most curers on the market lack the active heating system needed to correctly cure the internal cross section of your part. Resin cures not only with UV, but accelerates its curing with heat under UV. In standard curers, the UV exposure happens in an uneven way, that can causes the resin to heat abnormally & leads to part distortion. Though sunlight has UV in it, there is very less intensity of 405nm wavelenth UV that is needed to cure 3d prints. Enough UV to give you a sun burn, sure. But to cure a 3d print - not really. The correct UV wavelength is able to penetrate part surface, sunlight can not. Sunlight will also heat up your model much more than the UV you would get to polymerise the liquid. Curing in the sun heats up models unevenly, & causes distortion. A curer rotates as it exposes UV, thereby raising the part temperature evenly. This improves the interlayer adhesion & creates strong components that exhibit the qualities the resin makers expected you to achieve. A poorly cured part is not a safe practise - you don't want these monomers floating everywhere long term. Curing 3d printed parts correctly, is important so that things are not contaminated. Esun Nylon 12 Carbon Fiber Now in NZ!
We're really proud to be the first to introduce this highly sought after Nylon 12 grade Carbon Reinforced 3d filament in New Zealand. Most other filaments are Nylon 6. Our PA12 opens up possibilities that PA6 might not be capable enough to handle. Nylon PA12 far less moisture absorption making PA12 CF more suited to use in close aqueous or wet conditions even in contact with water. PA6 can get soft if it left in water for very long. Nylon 12 also handles much hotter temperatures, is much stiffer than Nylon 6, & even stronger - better than Nylon 6/6 as well. Nylon 12 also has excellent anti static properties. It is also UL94 V2 Flame Retardant for a continuous running temp of 120C making it perfect for electronics housings. Please be aware that Carbon Fiber however is slightly conductive, so if you need insulative properties, then the Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon Filament will be a better choice. This is a 1Kg reel of 1.75mm filament. Carbon Fiber is always matte Black in colour (a very dark grey) -

This is the Full Matal hot end which doesn't have a teflon liner inside, allowing you to easily print Carbon Fiber as well as high temp materials up to 450C. If you are new to 3d printing, you might find it useful to start with the other Teflon lined heat brake version as it can be easier to print common materials like PLA & ABS with that one. Genuine Creatbot high temp 420 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end will work for all materials upto 420C. This hot end doesnt have a teflon liner so it can be used with abrasive materials like carbon fibre. It will also work for PLA & other common materials. However, for beginners, we sometimes recommend printing those sorts of entry level materials with the standard temp hot end which has a teflon liner, which aids the smoother flow of PLA. So its a little more forgiving for times when your settings may not be quite perfect. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately.

Genuine Wanhao Branded lower metal sheet to be stuck on the printer platform, on which you can then use magnetic mats & magnetic sensors. This is used on Wanhao i3 Mk2 (also called i3 v2) 3d printers, the new version of D5s, & other such machines. This is not the actual print surface, its the metal sheet on which the build surface sticks magnetically. For older version of the i3 please buy the other BuildTak style bed mat which has glue on one side. Works extremely well for most materials like PLA, ABS & PETG.

Esun eFlex 87A TPU Flexible 3D Printing Filament
This is grade 87A TPU which is quite flexible, yet slightly easier to 3d print than the softer grade like NinjaFlex 85A or TPE Elastic 83A. Thermoplastic Elastomeric is a broad category of flexible plastic filaments. This grade works well with most popular direct drive extruder 3d printers including Creatbot, Makerbot, FlashForge Creator, Prusa, Wanhao, etc without requiring extensive modifications. It is not the best choice for Bowden style 3d printers, but it has a better chance of working with them over the softer 83 or 85 TPU.. For cheaper bowden machines like Creality Ender, we recommend you start with Grade 95A as it is is easier to print. This is a 1 KG roll of 1.75mm Natural coloured Flexible plastic filament, slightly opague. If you want very rubbery stretchy prints that could even be used for some gaskets, please see our 83A filament. If you want very durable rubbery 3d prints that exhibit some similarity to HDPE / LDPE then please consider PA Nylon Filament -
A4 Size NFEP Film for medium size SLA Resin 3D Printers NFEP film also called PFA Film is better than standard FEP film to reduce suction forces. It is basically a better quality of the non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Sonic XL, Phrozen Mighty, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components.
