    Deli Glue Stick for 3D Printing – Improve Adhesion Reduce Warping

    Deli is an affordable versatile glue stick that works really well on all bed surfaces for all 3d printers. PLA, ABS, ASA, Nylon, HIPS etc will benefit from glue particularly on glass beds. You will need glue when 3d printing with Nylon, Carbon Fibre, PolyPropylene, & other Engineering materials that don't like to stick to other surfaces. Applying glue greatly reduces warping from all materials. You can start with this cheapest glue stick, & then move to get more specialised glue sticks from our collection of bed prep adhesives. Just apply a thin layer of this glue on a warm build surface, & print directly on it. Please take care that if printing directly on glass beds then some materials can crack the bed when taking it off after using glue. We recommend you buy a PEI sheet first rather than directly on glass or ceramic. This is a PVA based glue that easily wipes off with a damp cloth. Reapply only as needed. The internal orifice & crucible shape of the nozzle is carefully manufactured, meaning you get less jams & clean flow without ripples.     Flashforge Creator 3 Upper Mat sticker for flex steel build plate

    This is the mat that sticks onto the spring steel build plate, which adheres on the magnetic 3D Printer bed of 3d printers like FlashForge Creator 3, 3 Pro & 3 Pro v2 . It can also be used on any 3d printer that has a 300x250mm build volume & you want a good quality surface mat. This item is only the top build tak style mat, that you can 3d print on. The photo is to show you how the mat is to be used in relation to a Creator series 3d printer. This is a sticker, it has glue on 1 side, just peel it & stick it onto any surface. It is a Polycarbonate re-inforced build surface that provides excellent adhesion to most common materials. However, for Nylon based materials, it will be best to put a thin layer of the glue stick on it.     This is the feeder gear that pushes filament inside the extruder on Creatbot F430, PEEk300, D600 Pro v1, & F160 series 3d printers. These cogs are made of hardened nickel stainless steel composite for optimum durability without being brittle. Most cheaper black feeders are made of carbide steel that can crack teeth & cause a jam in the hot end. This drive gear is mounted on the stepper motor inside the head. It is the cog that grips the filament & pushes it down the heat brake towards the hot end. Needs to be changed after a while when its teeth start to wear. Will wear more if using lots of Carbon or Glass Filled filaments.

It is basically a better quality of the non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Sonic XL, Phrozen Mighty, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble.     Wood 3D Printer Filament in NZ

    Our Wood Filament has over 20% of real MDF fibres to give a true wood like texture & effect. It has a slightly grainy texture as you would expect from wood, contrary to some wood filaments which look quite tacky & plastic like in their feel. It can be sanded just like mdf sheets, & can even be coated with a layer of Polyurethane just like real wood! This is not just 'wood colour' - the material actually has milled wood in it that can even bond to traditional wood glues. You can use similar settings as normal PLA for a start. It is highly recommended that you use a thicker diameter nozzle (0.6mm or similar instead of the standard 0.4mm nozzles), but 0.4mm can also work. Start off by 3d printing with wood at 0.25mm (250 micron) layer height with 230 deg extruder at 40mm/s speed. Please note that since this is made using real wood fibers, there can be some batch to batch colour variation. So the filament shade can look slightly different to what you see on the screen.
