  • Magigoo PA adhesive is specifically designed for 3D printing with polyamide (nylon) filaments. It offers a strong adhesion to the bed for polyamide based filaments. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite for Nylon. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced Nylon & Glass Filled Nylons. When printing with higher temp filaments including Nylon 6 Carbon based filaments, if the Magigoo PA doesnt perform very well in your application, we also have Magigoo HT, which may work better in some cases. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers. For printing Nylon reliably, apply a thin layer of Magigoo PA on your print bed before printing in nylon filaments. This will ensure a successful print. If too much glue has been lacquered on, please wipe with a damp sponge & then reapply glue.

It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments & Glass Filled materials, like PPS-CF, PEI-CF & PEEK-CF etc. To 3D Print Nylon, we recommend Magigoo PA as a first choice, & if that doesn't suit well for your particular filament, then try this Magigoo HT. For common materials like PLA, ABS etc, we recommend buying the Magigoo original glue. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers.   • Polyether Ketone Ketone (PEKK) is a semi-crystaline thermoplastic in the Polyaryletherketone family. It has higher heat resistance than PEEK, offers exceptional chemical resistance, & can withstand high mechanical stress. It is inherently flame retardant and has unique tribological properties unlike any other ultra performance polymer currently available for 3d printers. PEKK has a higher Tg than PEEK. PEKK is also easier to print compared to PEEK. PEKK has now overtaken PEEK as the best FDM 3d printing material. LUVOCOM® 3F PEKK 50082 Material Properties

  • Luvocom® 3F PEKK 50082 3D Filament

    PEKK Filament is easier to print than regular PEEK filament with better layer adhesion while offering similar strength and resistance properties, & better dimensional stability than PEEK. PEKK also has a higher Tg Glass Transition Temperature than PEEK. This unique modified neat PEKK is a low warp formluation that provides dimensional stability in delivering semi-crystalline parts with no warp. Polyether Ketone Ketone (PEKK) is a semi-crystaline thermoplastic in the Polyaryletherketone family. With high heat resistance, chemical resistance , has the ability to withstand high mechanical loads, is inherent flame retardant and has unique tribological properties. PEKK Filament has a tuneable crystallization rate which allows FFF or FDM users to take advantage of both the extreme performance of PAEKs and easier processing of amorphous materials. Made in Netherlands by 3d4makers using Lehvoss genuine luvocom resin. We always recommend an active heated chamber for 3d printing all advnaced materials including PEKK. But this particular grade gives you a good chance of printing simpler smaller parts without a heated chamber. 200g roll in a natural brown beige colour. Want to 3d print this material routinely?     Luvocom® 3F PAHT 9825 NT Filament is a Low Moisture High-temperature polyamide that doesn't have Carbon Fiber in it. High Strength, High Flexibility, High Surface Abrasion Resistance, Excellent Chemical & Petroleum Resistance. Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. This roll of Nylon PA6 in 2.85mm designed to work with most 3mm compatible 3d printers like Creatbot, Ultimaker, Taz etc Its water uptake takes about 4 times longer to reach saturation point compared to other PA6 on the market. And its saturation point is 5 times lower than conventional PA6 materials, meaning it has very little mositure rentention.  This particular engineering polymer grade is tailored made for the 3D printing industry to match the injection molding strength requirements and focusing on the serial production of end-parts. The filament can be used on conventional FFF / FDM 3D printing systems due to the enhanced printability, & improved layer bonding even without the use of a heated chamber.

  • Head board for 3d printers like Wanhao i3 plus mk2, D6, D9, D9 mk2 etc. This is the little PCB that sits on top of the main head where you plug in the heater, temp sensors, etc.
  • This is an affordable versatile glue stick that works really well on all bed surfaces for all 3d printers. PLA, ABS, ASA, HIPS etc will benefit from glue particularly on glass beds. You will need glue when 3d printing with Nylon, Carbon Fibre, PolyPropylene, & other Engineering materials that don't like to stick to other surfaces. Applying glue greatly reduces warping from all materials. You can start with this cheapest glue stick, & then move to get more specialised glue sticks from our collection of bed prep adhesives here. Just apply a thin layer of this glue on a warm build surface, & print directly on it. Please take care that if printing directly on glass beds then some materials can crack the bed when taking it off after using glue. We recommend you buy a PEI sheet first rather than directly on glass or ceramic. This is a PVA based glue that easily wipes off with a damp cloth. Reapply only as needed.     To get professional resin 3d prints, you need to cure them not only with UV, but also with the correct amount of heat during that UV curing process. When resin cures, it generates heat. A heated chamber keeps the part at an already uniform temperature, so when the part cures, the internal sections cure in a stable environment, so it reduces distortion & also crystallises the polymer chains evenly. Most curers on the market lack the active heating system needed to correctly cure the internal cross section of your part. Resin cures not only with UV, but accelerates its curing with heat under UV. In standard curers, the UV exposure happens in an uneven way, that can causes the resin to heat abnormally & leads to part distortion. For strong, consistent, & factory quality parts from your LCD & LP resin 3d printers, a heated curer is a must.
