Phrozen NFEP PFA Film Mighty 8K – 310x220mm

A4 Size NFEP Film for medium size SLA Resin 3D Printers NFEP film also called PFA Film is better than standard FEP film to reduce suction forces. It is basically a better quality of the non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Sonic XL, Phrozen Mighty, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components. Wanhao make a high quality well priced 1.75mm PLA 3D Printer plastic filament in a solid White shade. Works reliably in several 3d printers including Makerbot, Creatbot, Wanhao, FlashForge, Dremel, Up, Creality, Tevo, Anet etc We are a key Wanhao Distributor so we can offer our kiwi 3D makers this 3d printing filament for excellent prices! A nice bright White, not a milky shade & or a semi-translucent white. Not excessively shiny like other cheap Black materials - this shade is our proper kiwi black. Solid opague colour, not translucent. We sell some Translucent colours too please see other rolls. We do sell a off-white natural colour plastic also if that is what you need. This is 1 roll of 1kg PLA Filament. Our 1Kg PLA spools have a large 55mm centre diameter with a standard 200mm outer diameter to allow fitting on some proprietary style machines that have large centre spindles to try & force you to buy only some specific materials. We also sell smaller 0.5 Kg spools of some materials to fit inside some machines like Dremels or Up minis that make it impossible to slot material in. But we recommend buying 1Kg spools as they are much cheaper than the rare 500 gram rolls which cost more. If internal fitting is important to you, please double check that aspect of your machine. Where you place the roll or how you fit them does not have any relation to the plastic that is on the roll. There is no change in 3d printing performance however you use these rolls as our material is good quality.

Wanhao make a high quality well priced 1.75mm PLA 3D Printer plastic filament in a Light Gray shade. Works reliably in several 3d printers including Makerbot, Creatbot, Wanhao, FlashForge, Dremel, Up, Creality, Tevo, Anet etc We are a key Wanhao Distributor so we can offer our kiwi 3D makers this plastic for excellent prices! A nice light grey with a little bit of sheen but not shiny like silver. This is not a flat ugly gray colour either. It is very good for architecture where you need to show cement concerete or need a textured RCC block look. We also sell a Silver shiny Grey which is called Silver PLA. It is great for a metal like finish, so please buy that if you want a nice shine. And also have a dark gun metal Gray if you want a proper Dark Grey. Solid opague colour, not translucent. We sell some Translucent colours too please see other rolls. Not excessively shiny like other cheap materials. This is 1 roll of 1kg PLA Filament. Our 1Kg PLA spools have a large 55mm centre diameter with a standard 200mm outer diameter to allow fitting on some proprietary style machines that have large centre spindles to try & force you to buy only some specific materials. We also sell smaller 0.5 Kg spools of some materials to fit inside some machines like Dremels or Up minis that make it impossible to slot material in. But we recommend buying 1Kg spools as they are much cheaper than the rare 500 gram rolls which cost more. If internal fitting is important to you, please double check that aspect of your machine. Where you place the roll or how you fit them does not have any relation to the plastic that is on the roll. Creatbot F series 1.75mm Teflon lined Heat Brake Tube

Our PA12 opens up possibilities that PA6 might not be capable enough to handle. Nylon PA12 far less moisture absorption making PA12 CF more suited to use in close aqueous or wet conditions even in contact with water. PA6 can get soft if it left in water for very long. Nylon 12 also handles much hotter temperatures, is much stiffer than Nylon 6, & even stronger - better than Nylon 6/6 as well. Nylon 12 also has excellent anti static properties. It is also UL94 V2 Flame Retardant for a continuous running temp of 120C making it perfect for electronics housings. This is a brand of glue that we have found to work really well on all beds for all 3d printers. You will need glue when 3d printing with Nylon, Carbon Fibre, PolyPropylene, & other materials that don't like to stick to other surfaces. Just apply a thin layer of this glue on a warm build surface, & print directly on it. Please take care that if printing directly on glass beds then some materials can crack the bed when taking it off after using glue. We recommend you buy a PEI sheet first if you plan to print a material with glue. This is a PVA based glue that easily wipes off with a damp cloth. Reapply only as needed. Esun eFlex 87A TPU Flexible 3D Printing Filament
This is grade 87A TPU which is quite flexible, yet slightly easier to 3d print than the softer grade like NinjaFlex 85A or TPE Elastic 83A. Thermoplastic Elastomeric is a broad category of flexible plastic filaments. This grade works well with most popular direct drive extruder 3d printers including Creatbot, Makerbot, FlashForge Creator, Prusa, Wanhao, etc without requiring extensive modifications. It is not the best choice for Bowden style 3d printers, but it has a better chance of working with them over the softer 83 or 85 TPU.. For cheaper bowden machines like Creality Ender, we recommend you start with Grade 95A as it is is easier to print. This is a 1 KG roll of 1.75mm Natural coloured Flexible plastic filament, slightly opague. If you want very rubbery stretchy prints that could even be used for some gaskets, please see our 83A filament. Poly-Carbonate is commonly referred to as just PC is one of the most capable Functional Polymers in the world. What is 'Pure' PC ? PC is the King of cost-effective engineering thermoplastics - High Temperature resistance, UV stability & Flame Retarding.
Flame retardant level: UL94：V2 Print temperature range: 235~260℃;
Each Esun spool is 0.5Kg in 1.75mm Pure PC handles a whooping 140C continuous operating temperature - only to be beaten by PEI / PEEK ABS will only handle 85C in most continuous high temperature applications. You can boil water in pure PC but you cant if its ABS blended. Pure PC is thus common in food containers as it can handle everything. The vast majority of PolyCarb 3D Filament used is mixed with ABS & thus called ABS-PC. While ABS blended PC is slightly better than ABS, it loses the biggest benefits of PC 3D Printing PC has some challenges but it is very easy to get right. Heat the bed as hot as your machine supports, ideally 110C +. Use a PEI sheet for bed adhesion. Please see our popular 300x300 PEI sheets here. Using active chamber heating is highly recommend as PC warps a lot. Note: PC Fumes have a strong odour. We recommend you use PC only with an enclosed 3d printer. If you must use an open frame unit, please setup extraction or at least have very good active ventilation. For frequent Polycarbonate 3d printing, consider a machine with active chamber filters, like our Creatbot F430

Genuine Creatbot high temp 420 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end will work for all materials upto 420C. This hot end doesnt have a teflon liner so it can be used with abrasive materials like carbon fibre. It will also work for PLA & other common materials. However, for beginners, we sometimes recommend printing those sorts of entry level materials with the standard temp hot end which has a teflon liner, which aids the smoother flow of PLA. So its a little more forgiving for times when your settings may not be quite perfect. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately.

A nice Lake Blue that is not too dark or too light. We do sell a dark marine blue & also a light cyan or sky blue shade. Solid opague colour, not translucent. We sell some Translucent colours too please see other rolls. This is 1 roll of 1kg PLA Filament. Our 1Kg PLA spools have a large 55mm centre diameter with a standard 200mm outer diameter to allow fitting on some proprietary style machines that have large centre spindles to try & force you to buy only some specific materials. We also sell smaller 0.5 Kg spools of some materials to fit inside some machines like Dremel or Up mini 3d printers that make it impossible to slot material into their tiny spaces.
