This 3D4Makers PEEK filament is made in Netherlands using the absolute best Luvocom 3F 9581 formulation. The material is approved according to EN ISO 10993-1, -5 and -12*, UN-ECE R.118.03 (fire behaviour of materials in buses) and meets the NORSOK M 710 requirements. This is a Higher Flow PEEK created specifically for Additive Manufacturing to offer better Printability than other peek filaments on the market. It is a completely natural beige peek product which will give you a base filament as close to natural peek machining block colour as possible. PEEK is the best material for anything functional & mechanical, that needs to perform as closely to a metal like aluminum as possible while still being a plastic that is 3d printable. So its the perfect choice for Gears, Screws, Cogs, even complex worm wheel assembly parts are fine. That includes Hinges & other loading applications. It is also ideal for electronics enclosures where the enclosure needs to offer electrical & heat insulation, strength, flame retardance & element resistance including wet or organic aqueus conditions. This makes it the ideal filament for medical applications like temporary implants, surgical guides, orthodontic reconstruction, maxillofacial surgery & many other use cases including aeronautical & aerospace. For demanding applications where all else would fail, PEEK is the KING of 3D printer materials. Strongest 3D Printing plastic available in 3d printing filament form. Handle up to 250C continuous operating temperature with Short term temperature performance up to 300 deg C. The most dense semi-crystalline polymer thats 3d printable, yet close enough to aluminium in many applications. This is a Carbon Fibre reinforced spring steel sheet designed for the Creatbot F160 & F160 PEEK 3d printer Bed. It allows you to setup an easy removable build plate system by 3d printing on this plate, or attaching your chosen build surface onto this plate. Check out our matching Creatbot F160 Build Tak Bed Mat for a sleek & easy solution. This is a high wear resistant 3d printing surface that can provide good adhesion for PEEK & PEI or other advanced polymers, with appropriate surface glues. Ideal for those who 3d print with such materials extensively. You can print directly on Carbon Fibre plates with any material including PLA, but you must apply a little bit of Glue stick on this plate first. This is the Touch Sensor used on many 3d printers like our Creatbot F430 & new D600 for the Z axi homing & auto level. If the probe tip bends or breaks, you can easily replace the probe. After many months of High Temperature printing, it is common for the probe's internal magnetism to get demagnetised due to the heat in the chamber. This can cause it to stop clicking on & off. Please replace the probe as needed.

This is a magnetic slide on base plate for FF AD3 3D Printer. Its got an excellent buildtak surface on it which provides excellent part adhesion & good surface finish. The metal sheet is removable & slides into the bed & gives you a new build surface to 3d print on. Its good to replace these plates as & when needed to get optimal auto correction & auto level to work, depending on how much 3d printing you are doing.

New improved easy switch nozzle & hot end for the FlashForge Adventurer series 3D Printer. These nozzles work on Adventurer 3, Adventurer 3 Pro, & Adventurer 4 3d printers. Please choose your nozzle diameter & temperature from the dropdowns. This is a superbly easy to use, unique system that allows you to quickly switch the nozzle, & heater block without any assembly. Just press the clamps on the sides of the head to push this assembly out, & then insert a new one in. They are avilable in 2 temperature options; 240C & 260C. As well as in 2 different sizes, 0.4mm & 0.6mm. These nozzles are stainless steel, so wear much lesser than brass nozzles. With machines like the Adventurer 4, you can buy the 0.6mm nozzle head to print with Carbon Fiber. This is a real advantage for a machine in this price point to now offer Carbon FIber 3d printing capability. For older Adventuer 3 3D Printers (before 2020) we recommend you use the 240C 0.4mm nozzles.
