Genuine Creatbot high temp 420 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end will work for all materials upto 420C. This hot end doesnt have a teflon liner so it can be used with abrasive materials like carbon fibre. It will also work for PLA & other common materials. However, for beginners, we sometimes recommend printing those sorts of entry level materials with the standard temp hot end which has a teflon liner, which aids the smoother flow of PLA. So its a little more forgiving for times when your settings may not be quite perfect. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately.

We're happy to introduce the new Wax like Jewelry casting resin by Phrozen. Phrozen is revolutionising SLA 3D Printing resins by offering cutting edge formulations that provide better results than ever before at an amazing price point. Specially designed for jewellery casting, Phrozen’s Wax-like Castable Resins burn cleanly to provide reliable casting for all types of models, especially jewelry and any high precision dental parts. This is a violet resin, & is superior to most of the cheaper green dental casting resins you will find. These Violet resins can be used in dentristry as well, they are will offer finer details to most green products. Very similar casting properties to the Wax resin models used by Jewellers, & works with common burnout cycles. We recommend cleaning these wax print parts with our special resin cleaning liquid inside an ultrasonic cleaner, after which you should cure them in a heated curer like our FlashForge FC1 cure box. It will also have low water absorption during the printing process, giving you more consistent results than other castable resins on the market. Designed to be sent to your foundry for casting into any metal including gold, silver, platinum etc We recommend DLP technology to work with wax based resins, though common LCD printers will work fine as well. Pet-G is very good functional material & its easier to work with than Abs. It is the same food safe PET thats used in water bottles etc It does not shrink or warp as easily as Abs does, & thus provides good dimensional accuracy for beginners who want to move up from PLA+. This is a Tri-colour filament, it literally means the filament strand is composed of 3 simultaneous colours to form the cross-section. The filament is 3-sided. Esun calls it Mystic Silk PLA, & it comes in a few colour options. Silk PLA gives true metallic shine to it without having to polish it or post-process it. Latest ACF Film for 10" LCD Resin 3D Printers The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowerst peel force so suction forces are minised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printign high performance enginering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a sginifcatly bettter non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Mighty 8K, Mini 8k, Phrozen Sonic XL, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components. Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects the hot block into the extruder mechanism. This is the Full Matal hot end which doesn't have a teflon liner inside, allowing you to easily print Carbon Fiber as well as high temp materials up to 450C. If you are new to 3d printing, you might find it useful to start with the other Teflon lined heat brake version as it can be easier to print common materials like PLA & ABS with that one. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. These simple external filament rollers can be used to put filament rolls of any size outside your printer & feed into the 3d printer. Great to load 3kg spools of filament into smaller printers. This works easily with rolls of any size including 1kg, 3kg, 5kg etc. The bearings allow rolls to turn freely, regardless of weight. The 2 pieces can be placed as far or as near as possible, based on the width of the rolls. Particularly useful for small light weight 3d printers which would otherwise topple when a heavy roll was mounted on them.

Carbon Fibre reinforced Steel board Actual board size is 490mm x 305mm Designed to fit our Creatbot F430 PEEK 3d printer but can be used in any machine of similar size. The advantage is that this surface offers very high abrassion resistance. So when you 3d print with high temp materials, the surface can last longer. The other advantage of these boards is that they can be used as removable build plates. We recommend sticking a PEI sheet on this if you want to use them in that way, as PEI is a more versatile surface & not just one for 3d printing PEEK. Please see our 400x300mm PEI sheets here.

Power Interruption Circuit board for Creatbot desktop series D & F series 3d printers including DM , DX / DX Plus & DE / DE Plus 3D, F160 / F160 PEEK & F430 PEEK 3D Printer Printers. For D600 PRO series, PEEK 300 & F1000 series, please contact us for the appropriate part. This circuit board detects if there is a power failure while your Creatbot 3d printer is printing. Then when power resumes & the printer is started, the option to resume to resume the existing print is offered. This circuit is not critical, & the printer can still continue to be used with the board's white wire unplugged. Locations where there are excessive power outages seem to cause this board to blow out more frequently than other places. This is mainly because of spikes & voltage fluctuations in such locations. If you experience the need to frequently replace these, we recommend connecting your printer through a spike protector.

Latest ACF Film for 10" LCD Resin 3D Printers - Pack of 3 films The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowest peel force so suction forces are minimised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printing high performance engineering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a signifcatly better non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This is a Genuine FlashForge brand nozzle for FlashForge Creator Pro 2 IDEX 3D Printers. It is common for nozzles to wear or block after a period of use, & need replacing.
