We've done a lot of testing, looked at branded as well as OEMs, & finally selected this one. Start with a roll of this tape. It is the most versatile 3d printing bed material & can be used with PLA, ABS, PETG, NinjaFLex, Poly Carbonate, Metal fills & even Carbon fibre. It also helps with levelling beds when metal beds slowly start to warp. Its easy to discount something so cheap, but try it & you will be impressed..     Best Tool for 3D Print Cleanups

    These are jewellery grade snipping side cutters. They have a flat blade on the cutting edge, meaning they can cut quite close to surface. They are great to remove tiny bits of plastic or some support material without hurting yourself. This humble tool might look like any ordinary cutter, but its much more! The blades sharpened edges are at a horizontal angle & designed to cut close to the part surface. The spring loaded handles allow for careful & controlled cutting. They will out last most cheaper nozzles on the market, & provide more consistent & reliable feeding as the diameter is accurate. These nozzles will work fine with all Mk8 thread extruder hot ends. So no matter your 3d printer, try out a higher quality nozzle that causes less problems & needs less changing. We stock a wide range of nozzle diameters 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 & 1mm. Please choose your size from the dropdown. We also sell Stainless Steel & hardened Martensitic steel nozzles which are superior to brass nozzles as they last longer. But it will only operate up to 260C, please do not print hotter than that else you will damage the teflon liner. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints. These hard nozzles are suitable for FlashForge Creator 3 PRO & Creator 4 series 3d printers. They will not fit the Creator 3 V2 or older Creator 3 machines with the long 1 piece nozzle type. 0.6mm nozzle diameter is recommended for Carbon Fiber, Glass, & Wood based filaments as it reduces chances of blockages & under-extrusion over longer prints. These nozzles also double or triple your effective throughput, thereby allowing your 3d prints to be completed much faster, usually 2 to 3 times faster!     This is the feeder gear that pushes filament inside the extruder on Creatbot F430, PEEk300, D600 Pro v1, & F160 series 3d printers. These cogs are made of hardened nickel stainless steel composite for optimum durability without being brittle. Most cheaper black feeders are made of carbide steel that can crack teeth & cause a jam in the hot end. This drive gear is mounted on the stepper motor inside the head. It is the cog that grips the filament & pushes it down the heat brake towards the hot end. Needs to be changed after a while when its teeth start to wear. Will wear more if using lots of Carbon or Glass Filled filaments.

This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble.     Wood 3D Printer Filament in NZ

    Our Wood Filament has over 20% of real MDF fibres to give a true wood like texture & effect. It has a slightly grainy texture as you would expect from wood, contrary to some wood filaments which look quite tacky & plastic like in their feel. It can be sanded just like mdf sheets, & can even be coated with a layer of Polyurethane just like real wood! This is not just 'wood colour' - the material actually has milled wood in it that can even bond to traditional wood glues. You can use similar settings as normal PLA for a start. It is highly recommended that you use a thicker diameter nozzle (0.6mm or similar instead of the standard 0.4mm nozzles), but 0.4mm can also work. Start off by 3d printing with wood at 0.25mm (250 micron) layer height with 230 deg extruder at 40mm/s speed. Please note that since this is made using real wood fibers, there can be some batch to batch colour variation. So the filament shade can look slightly different to what you see on the screen.

    This is grade 87A TPU which is quite flexible, yet slightly easier to 3d print than the softer grade like NinjaFlex 85A or TPE Elastic 83A. Thermoplastic Elastomeric is a broad category of flexible plastic filaments. This grade works well with most popular direct drive extruder 3d printers including Creatbot, Makerbot, FlashForge Creator, Prusa, Wanhao, etc without requiring extensive modifications. It is not the best choice for Bowden style 3d printers, but it has a better chance of working with them over the softer 83 or 85 TPU.. For cheaper bowden machines like Creality Ender, we recommend you start with Grade 95A as it is is easier to print. This circuit is not critical, & the printer can still continue to be used with the board's white wire unplugged. Locations where there are excessive power outages seem to cause this board to blow out more frequently than other places. This is mainly because of spikes & voltage fluctuations in such locations. If you experience the need to frequently replace these, we recommend connecting your printer through a spike protector.

    Esun Wood filament has around 15% wood fiber in it. This is a 1Kg roll. The colour is a lighter shade of wood, similar to bamboo. This is not just 'wood coloured' PLA - the material actually has wood powder in it. It also has the surface finish comparable to wood / bamboo. It can sanded just like mdf sheets, & can even be coated with a layer of Polyurethane. Kindly note that since this is real wood powder, there can be some batch to batch variation in the shade of the material. So it may look slightly different to the photo above.
