Esun Wood filament has around 15% wood fiber in it. This is a 1Kg roll. The colour is a lighter shade of wood, similar to bamboo. This is not just 'wood coloured' PLA - the material actually has wood powder in it. It also has the surface finish comparable to wood / bamboo. It can sanded just like mdf sheets, & can even be coated with a layer of Polyurethane. Kindly note that since this is real wood powder, there can be some batch to batch variation in the shade of the material. So it may look slightly different to the photo above.

Power Interruption Circuit board for Creatbot desktop series D & F series 3d printers including DM , DX / DX Plus & DE / DE Plus 3D, F160 / F160 PEEK & F430 PEEK 3D Printer Printers. For D600 PRO series, PEEK 300 & F1000 series, please contact us for the appropriate part. This circuit board detects if there is a power failure while your Creatbot 3d printer is printing. Then when power resumes & the printer is started, the option to resume to resume the existing print is offered. This circuit is not critical, & the printer can still continue to be used with the board's white wire unplugged. Locations where there are excessive power outages seem to cause this board to blow out more frequently than other places. This is mainly because of spikes & voltage fluctuations in such locations. If you experience the need to frequently replace these, we recommend connecting your printer through a spike protector.

Latest ACF Film for 10" LCD Resin 3D Printers The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowerst peel force so suction forces are minised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printign high performance enginering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a sginifcatly bettter non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Mighty 8K, Mini 8k, Phrozen Sonic XL, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components. Esun eFlex 87A TPU Flexible 3D Printing Filament
This is grade 87A TPU which is quite flexible, yet slightly easier to 3d print than the softer grade like NinjaFlex 85A or TPE Elastic 83A. Thermoplastic Elastomeric is a broad category of flexible plastic filaments. This grade works well with most popular direct drive extruder 3d printers including Creatbot, Makerbot, FlashForge Creator, Prusa, Wanhao, etc without requiring extensive modifications. It is not the best choice for Bowden style 3d printers, but it has a better chance of working with them over the softer 83 or 85 TPU.. For cheaper bowden machines like Creality Ender, we recommend you start with Grade 95A as it is is easier to print. This is a 1 KG roll of 1.75mm Natural coloured Flexible plastic filament, slightly opague. If you want very rubbery stretchy prints that could even be used for some gaskets, please see our 83A filament. If you want very durable rubbery 3d prints that exhibit some similarity to HDPE / LDPE then please consider PA Nylon Filament -

Why our PLA-CF filament? Did you know that most Carbon Fiber reinforced PLA filaments have only 5% of Carbon in them? Our filament has 20% Carbon Fibre in it - making for a substantial improvement to PLA 3d filaments. We hunted long & far to find a PLA Plus CF that actually performs like it should, & finally have got one made to our specification using PLA plus rather than standard PLA & adding fibre to it. Improved toughness & higher flexural strength are just the beginning. Add Improved surface abrasion resistance, meaning prints wont be scratched easily over other materials. Expect improved peak temperature handling performance, meaning a short burst of temperature won't instantly melt your part. And the Good looks are a bonus. The surface finish of our PLA is smooth & the material is more reliable to 3d print than cheaper options. We still recommend using 0.6mm nozzles for big prints, but 0.4mm is not a problem for standard 3d printing.

PA (Polyamide) is a natural Nylon which has several advantages as a plastic. High Strength, High Flexibility, High Surface Abrasion Resistance, Excellent Chemical & Petroleum Resistance. Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. Nylon can be a challenging material to 3d print. But our new formulations are making Nylon 3d printing much easier than before. Active Heated chamber is always recommended for the best performance, but this filament is easier than many others on the market. Please consider advanced 3d printers such as the Creatbot F-430 3D Printer if you intend to 3D Print Functional parts frequently. -
These relays are used in many 3d printers including the Creatbot F430, D600 & PEEK300. Usually they are used for the Bed heater or the Chamber heater. Please select which relay you want from the list. The triger voltage is 3-32V DC. Please pick the correct type. Be sure before you install it. Relays blow instantly if you get the trigger voltage wrong, or connect the wrong end into the wrong point.

This is a magnetic slide on base plate for FF AD3 3D Printer. Its got an excellent buildtak surface on it which provides excellent part adhesion & good surface finish. The metal sheet is removable & slides into the bed & gives you a new build surface to 3d print on. Wood 3D Printer Filament in NZ
Our Wood Filament has over 20% of real MDF fibres to give a true wood like texture & effect. It has a slightly grainy texture as you would expect from wood, contrary to some wood filaments which look quite tacky & plastic like in their feel. It can be sanded just like mdf sheets, & can even be coated with a layer of Polyurethane just like real wood! This is not just 'wood colour' - the material actually has milled wood in it that can even bond to traditional wood glues. You can use similar settings as normal PLA for a start. It is highly recommended that you use a thicker diameter nozzle (0.6mm or similar instead of the standard 0.4mm nozzles), but 0.4mm can also work. Start off by 3d printing with wood at 0.25mm (250 micron) layer height with 230 deg extruder at 40mm/s speed. Please note that since this is made using real wood fibers, there can be some batch to batch colour variation. So the filament shade can look slightly different to what you see on the screen. -

This is the feeder gear that pushes filament inside the extruder on Creatbot F430, PEEk300, D600 Pro v1, & F160 series 3d printers. These cogs are made of hardened nickel stainless steel composite for optimum durability without being brittle. Most cheaper black feeders are made of carbide steel that can crack teeth & cause a jam in the hot end. This drive gear is mounted on the stepper motor inside the head. It is the cog that grips the filament & pushes it down the heat brake towards the hot end. Needs to be changed after a while when its teeth start to wear. Will wear more if using lots of Carbon or Glass Filled filaments.

This is a Genuine FlashForge brand Hardened steel nozzle suitable to 3d print Carbon Fiber filaments as well as higher temperature materials. These hard nozzles are suitable for FlashForge Creator 3 PRO & Creator 4 series 3d printers. They will not fit the Creator 3 V2 or older Creator 3 machines with the long 1 piece nozzle type. 0.6mm nozzle diameter is recommended for Carbon Fiber, Glass, & Wood based filaments as it reduces chances of blockages & under-extrusion over longer prints. This is the mat that sticks onto the spring steel build plate, which adheres on the magnetic 3D Printer bed of 3d printers like FlashForge Creator 3, 3 Pro & 3 Pro v2 . It can also be used on any 3d printer that has a 300x250mm build volume & you want a good quality surface mat. This item is only the top build tak style mat, that you can 3d print on. The photo is to show you how the mat is to be used in relation to a Creator series 3d printer. This is a sticker, it has glue on 1 side, just peel it & stick it onto any surface. It is a Polycarbonate re-inforced build surface that provides excellent adhesion to most common materials. However, for Nylon based materials, it will be best to put a thin layer of the glue stick on it. The blades sharpened edges are at a horizontal angle & designed to cut close to the part surface. The spring loaded handles allow for careful & controlled cutting. Painter Paper Tape - Good quality specially sourced for NZ conditions
The secret to excellent 3d printing is that the first layer of your part should stick perfectly to your bed. But with so much confusion around what is best, from hair sprays to abs slurries, what really works well? ANd there are so many rolls of paper tape too, which one should you get? We've done a lot of testing, looked at branded as well as OEMs, & finally selected this one. Start with a roll of this tape. It is the most versatile 3d printing bed material & can be used with PLA, ABS, PETG, NinjaFLex, Poly Carbonate, Metal fills & even Carbon fibre. It also helps with levelling beds when metal beds slowly start to warp. Its easy to discount something so cheap, but try it & you will be impressed.. This inexpensive tape will last a long time & is easy to replace. -

Deli is an affordable versatile glue stick that works really well on all bed surfaces for all 3d printers. PLA, ABS, ASA, Nylon, HIPS etc will benefit from glue particularly on glass beds. You will need glue when 3d printing with Nylon, Carbon Fibre, PolyPropylene, & other Engineering materials that don't like to stick to other surfaces. Applying glue greatly reduces warping from all materials. You can start with this cheapest glue stick, & then move to get more specialised glue sticks from our collection of bed prep adhesives. Just apply a thin layer of this glue on a warm build surface, & print directly on it. Please take care that if printing directly on glass beds then some materials can crack the bed when taking it off after using glue. We recommend you buy a PEI sheet first rather than directly on glass or ceramic. This is a PVA based glue that easily wipes off with a damp cloth. Reapply only as needed. Less is more with Glue when used for 3d printing. 36g glue stick
