Latest ACF Film for 10" LCD Resin 3D Printers - Pack of 3 films The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowest peel force so suction forces are minimised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printing high performance engineering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a signifcatly better non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Mighty 8K, Mini 8k, Phrozen Sonic XL, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Introducing the Flashforge Heated Curer FC3
To get professional resin 3d prints, you need to cure them not only with UV, but also with the correct amount of heat during that UV curing process. When resin cures, it generates heat. A heated chamber keeps the part at an already uniform temperature, so when the part cures, the internal sections cure in a stable environment, so it reduces distortion & also crystallises the polymer chains evenly. Most curers on the market lack the active heating system needed to correctly cure the internal cross section of your part. Resin cures not only with UV, but accelerates its curing with heat under UV. In standard curers, the UV exposure happens in an uneven way, that can causes the resin to heat abnormally & leads to part distortion. For strong, consistent, & factory quality parts from your LCD & LP resin 3d printers, a heated curer is a must. -

Nylon PA6 3D Filament Made in Netherlands by 3D4Makers - 750g 2.85mm
Luvocom® 3F PAHT 9825 NT Filament is a Low Moisture High-temperature polyamide that doesn't have Carbon Fiber in it. High Strength, High Flexibility, High Surface Abrasion Resistance, Excellent Chemical & Petroleum Resistance. Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. This roll of Nylon PA6 in 2.85mm designed to work with most 3mm compatible 3d printers like Creatbot, Ultimaker, Taz etc Its water uptake takes about 4 times longer to reach saturation point compared to other PA6 on the market. And its saturation point is 5 times lower than conventional PA6 materials, meaning it has very little mositure rentention. This particular engineering polymer grade is tailored made for the 3D printing industry to match the injection molding strength requirements and focusing on the serial production of end-parts. The filament can be used on conventional FFF / FDM 3D printing systems due to the enhanced printability, & improved layer bonding even without the use of a heated chamber. -
Esun Steel Filament - High Density - Now in NZ Our Metal filled filaments are high density 3d printer filaments with around 20% pure metal powder in it. Please be careful of very cheap 'metal' filaments that usually have only 2% steel inside cheap PLA material. 1Kg roll 1.75mm These are new slim roll packages, so the rolls can fit some of the smaller proprietary 3d printer spool holders like certain makerbots, dremels, UP 3d printers etc. Steel filaments have 3 main uses. 1) The obvious reason is to give 3d prints a real steel finish 2) A lesser know fact is that Steel filled 3D Filament is used to provide realistic weight & balancing when you are prototyping objects that are going to be made out of metal. For eg, making housings for commercial machinery or hand held tools. 3) Probably the least known advantage of steel is that if you do not sand it at all, 3d printed steel looks like stone! Want an asphalt look or rocky look - steel filament to the rescue. Our metal filaments can be 3d printed & then sanded to make the metal inside sparkle! Steel is no exception & will certainly shine if you polish it. These filaments are also being used in experimental applications to explore uses such as sintering, baking & smelting to make production metal parts out of them with freedom of design at extremely cheap prices. Any 3d printer can 3d print metal filled materials but we recommend 0.6mm or larger nozzles with 02.mm (200 micron) or fatter layer height. Print slowly & at slightly higher temperatures than usual. Magigoo PA adhesive is specifically designed for 3D printing with polyamide (nylon) filaments. It offers a strong adhesion to the bed for polyamide based filaments. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite for Nylon. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced Nylon & Glass Filled Nylons. When printing with higher temp filaments including Nylon 6 Carbon based filaments, if the Magigoo PA doesnt perform very well in your application, we also have Magigoo HT, which may work better in some cases. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers. For printing Nylon reliably, apply a thin layer of Magigoo PA on your print bed before printing in nylon filaments. This will ensure a successful print. If too much glue has been lacquered on, please wipe with a damp sponge & then reapply glue.

These relays are used in many 3d printers including the Creatbot F430, D600 & PEEK300. Usually they are used for the Bed heater or the Chamber heater. Please select which relay you want from the list. The triger voltage is 3-32V DC. Please pick the correct type. Be sure before you install it. Relays blow instantly if you get the trigger voltage wrong, or connect the wrong end into the wrong point.

Poly-Carbonate commonly referred to as just PC, is one of the most capable Functional Polymers in the world. PC is the King of cost-effective engineering thermoplastics thanks to High Temperature resistance, UV stability & Flame Retarding. Flame retardant level: UL94：V2 Pure PC handles a whooping 140C continuous operating temperature - only to be beaten by PEI / PEEK Print temperature range: 240-280℃; Black PolyCarbonate Esun Filament 0.5Kg in 1.75mm ABS will only handle 85C in most continuous high temperature applications. You can boil water in pure PC but you can't in ABS or any blended PC-ABS. Pure PC is thus food safe & common in food containers. -

RESINAWAY® is a powerful cleaning agent designed specifically for removing uncured resin from printed objects. With its concentrated formula, it is recommended to use the product as is without diluting it with water. For optimal results, it is suggested to use RESINAWAY® in conjunction with an ultrasonic cleaning bath, although it can also be used with a soft brush if an ultrasonic bath is not available. To use RESINAWAY®, simply submerge the printed object in the cleaning agent until all traces of uncured resin are completely removed. Once clear of resin, the object should be removed from the solution, and any remaining liquid can be removed by either using compressed air or patting it dry with a lint-free cloth. To ensure the best finish, the part should then be post-cured using a recommended LED 405nm light until the surface becomes tack-free, which typically takes around 5 minutes at 30 watts. Finally, the part should be rinsed under running tap water. In addition to cleaning printed objects, RESINAWAY® can also be used to clean vats, build plates, instruments, and surfaces. For these applications, it is suitable to rinse, soak, or wipe with RESINAWAY®, followed by washing with fresh water. Overall, RESINAWAY® offers a convenient and effective solution for safely and efficiently removing uncured resin from printed objects and related equipment, ensuring professional and high-quality results.

Though sunlight has UV in it, there is very less intensity of 405nm wavelenth UV that is needed to cure 3d prints. Enough UV to give you a sun burn, sure. But to cure a 3d print - not really. The correct UV wavelength is able to penetrate part surface, sunlight can not. Sunlight will also heat up your model much more than the UV you would get to polymerise the liquid. Curing in the sun heats up models unevenly, & causes distortion. A curer rotates as it exposes UV, thereby raising the part temperature evenly. This improves the interlayer adhesion & creates strong components that exhibit the qualities the resin makers expected you to achieve. A poorly cured part is not a safe practise - you don't want these monomers floating everywhere long term. Curing 3d printed parts correctly, is important so that things are not contaminated. And people are safe to touch them. -

It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments & Glass Filled materials, like PPS-CF, PEI-CF & PEEK-CF etc. To 3D Print Nylon, we recommend Magigoo PA as a first choice, & if that doesn't suit well for your particular filament, then try this Magigoo HT. For common materials like PLA, ABS etc, we recommend buying the Magigoo original glue. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers.
