Glue Stick for 3D Printing

This is a brand of glue that we have found to work really well on all beds for all 3d printers. You will need glue when 3d printing with Nylon, Carbon Fibre, PolyPropylene, & other materials that don't like to stick to other surfaces. Just apply a thin layer of this glue on a warm build surface, & print directly on it. Please take care that if printing directly on glass beds then some materials can crack the bed when taking it off after using glue. We recommend you buy a PEI sheet first if you plan to print a material with glue. This is a PVA based glue that easily wipes off with a damp cloth. Reapply only as needed. Less is more with Glue when used for 3d printing. 20g glue stick

Monocure Resinaway ezy wipes

RESINAWAY® is a powerful cleaning agent designed specifically for removing uncured resin from printed objects. With its concentrated formula, it is recommended to use the product as is without diluting it with water. For optimal results, it is suggested to use RESINAWAY® in conjunction with an ultrasonic cleaning bath, although it can also be used with a soft brush if an ultrasonic bath is not available. To use RESINAWAY®, simply submerge the printed object in the cleaning agent until all traces of uncured resin are completely removed. Once clear of resin, the object should be removed from the solution, and any remaining liquid can be removed by either using compressed air or patting it dry with a lint-free cloth. To ensure the best finish, the part should then be post-cured using a recommended LED 405nm light until the surface becomes tack-free, which typically takes around 5 minutes at 30 watts. Finally, the part should be rinsed under running tap water. In addition to cleaning printed objects, RESINAWAY® can also be used to clean vats, build plates, instruments, and surfaces. For these applications, it is suitable to rinse, soak, or wipe with RESINAWAY®, followed by washing with fresh water. Overall, RESINAWAY® offers a convenient and effective solution for safely and efficiently removing uncured resin from printed objects and related equipment, ensuring professional and high-quality results.

A4 Size NFEP Film for medium size SLA Resin 3D Printers NFEP film also called PFA Film is better than standard FEP film to reduce suction forces. It is basically a better quality of the non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Sonic XL, Phrozen Mighty, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Poly-Carbonate is commonly referred to as just PC is one of the most capable Functional Polymers in the world. What is 'Pure' PC ? PC is the King of cost-effective engineering thermoplastics - High Temperature resistance, UV stability & Flame Retarding.
Flame retardant level: UL94：V2 Print temperature range: 235~260℃;
Each Esun spool is 0.5Kg in 1.75mm Pure PC handles a whooping 140C continuous operating temperature - only to be beaten by PEI / PEEK ABS will only handle 85C in most continuous high temperature applications. You can boil water in pure PC but you cant if its ABS blended. Pure PC is thus common in food containers as it can handle everything. The vast majority of PolyCarb 3D Filament used is mixed with ABS & thus called ABS-PC. While ABS blended PC is slightly better than ABS, it loses the biggest benefits of PC 3D Printing PC has some challenges but it is very easy to get right. Heat the bed as hot as your machine supports, ideally 110C +. Use a PEI sheet for bed adhesion. Please see our popular 300x300 PEI sheets here. Using active chamber heating is highly recommend as PC warps a lot. Note: PC Fumes have a strong odour. We recommend you use PC only with an enclosed 3d printer. If you must use an open frame unit, please setup extraction or at least have very good active ventilation. This is grade 87A TPU which is quite flexible, yet slightly easier to 3d print than the softer grade like NinjaFlex 85A or TPE Elastic 83A. Thermoplastic Elastomeric is a broad category of flexible plastic filaments. This grade works well with most popular direct drive extruder 3d printers including Creatbot, Makerbot, FlashForge Creator, Prusa, Wanhao, etc without requiring extensive modifications. It is not the best choice for Bowden style 3d printers, but it has a better chance of working with them over the softer 83 or 85 TPU.. For cheaper bowden machines like Creality Ender, we recommend you start with Grade 95A as it is is easier to print. Creatbot Power Failure Detection Board

For D600 PRO series, PEEK 300 & F1000 series, please contact us for the appropriate part. This circuit board detects if there is a power failure while your Creatbot 3d printer is printing. Then when power resumes & the printer is started, the option to resume to resume the existing print is offered. This circuit is not critical, & the printer can still continue to be used with the board's white wire unplugged. Locations where there are excessive power outages seem to cause this board to blow out more frequently than other places. This is mainly because of spikes & voltage fluctuations in such locations. If you experience the need to frequently replace these, we recommend connecting your printer through a spike protector.

We believe it to be the longest glowing resin on the market (up to 12 hours with a normal daylight charge!). 3d print parts that are White in the day & glow Green at night. Highly Respected Monocure Resins from Australia are now in New Zealand only at 3D Printer Store! Monocure Rapid product range is designed to work with a wide range of LCD LED & mSLA dlp type 3d printers such as the Phrozen Sonic, Creality LDR, Elegoo Mars, Anycubic Photo, Wanhao D7 etc. The cure speed is up to 4 X faster than their standard resin. Please remember to dry out the rolls in an oven at 70C for at least 4 hrs before 3d printing (even with a brand new roll, drying often helps) Active Heated chamber recommended for the best performance. Sent them an email explaining what I was trying to achieve and asked for their advice. They responded promptly and recommend a basic 3d printer which turned out absolutely fit for purpose.
