The purifier is designed to be user-friendly and low-maintenance. It has a convenient control panel that allows users to monitor the filter life and replace them when needed. By using the Phrozen Air Purifier, 3D printer users can significantly reduce the resin odor, creating a more pleasant and healthier environment for both themselves and others present in the area. This improved air quality not only enhances the overall printing experience but also ensures a safer and more enjoyable workspace. This little device helps alleviate one of the common issues faced by 3D printing enthusiasts.
  • Latest ACF Film for 15" LCD Resin 3D Printers The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowerst peel force so suction forces are minised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printign high performance enginering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a sginifcatly bettter non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for the biggest of printers like Phrozen Mega 8K 15", Transform 13", etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have multiple ACFs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components. Also check out the PlateBond Adhesion Promotor to help your base layers stick better to the bed of your resin 3d printer when using challenging materials at faster speeds.

    PEEK 3D Printer Filament 1.75mm 3d4makers Luvocom 3F 9581 NT 200g

Original price was: $220.00.Current price is: $199.00. +gst

The Best Grade PEEK 3D Printer Filament

This 3D4Makers PEEK filament is made in Netherlands using the absolute best Luvocom 3F 9581 formulation. The material is approved according to EN ISO 10993-1, -5 and -12*, UN-ECE R.118.03 (fire behaviour of materials in buses) and meets the NORSOK M 710 requirements. This is a Higher Flow PEEK created specifically for Additive Manufacturing to offer better Printability than other peek filaments on the market. It is a completely natural beige peek product which will give you a base filament as close to natural peek machining block colour as possible. PEEK is the best material for anything functional & mechanical, that needs to perform as closely to a metal like aluminum as possible while still being a plastic that is 3d printable. So its the perfect choice for Gears, Screws, Cogs, even complex worm wheel assembly parts are fine. That includes Hinges & other loading applications. It is also ideal for electronics enclosures where the enclosure needs to offer electrical & heat insulation, strength, flame retardance & element resistance including wet or organic aqueus conditions. This makes it the ideal filament for medical applications like temporary implants, surgical guides, orthodontic reconstruction, maxillofacial surgery & many other use cases including aeronautical & aerospace. For demanding applications where all else would fail, PEEK is the KING of 3D printer materials. Strongest 3D Printing plastic available in 3d printing filament form. Handle up to 250C continuous operating temperature with Short term temperature performance up to 300 deg C. The most dense semi-crystalline polymer thats 3d printable, yet close enough to aluminium in many applications. Chemically resistant to most corrosive substances & high resistance to aqueous conditions.Used extensively in Aerospace & Automotive applications where you need mechanical strength even at high temperature. BioMedical material that can be used for the human body, dental implants, joint replacements, the list goes on. PEEK also has low resonance properties that are comparable to natural fibres such as wood, which is helpful when it comes to vibration & damping control. This reduces screws & fasteneres loosening under load out of a peek enclosure. Since PEEK is expensive, we are offering small quantity rolls for our kiwi 3D makers who want to try this cutting edge material. This is 0.2 KG of natural PEEK 3D Printing Filament.

  • RESINAWAY® is a powerful cleaning agent designed specifically for removing uncured resin from printed objects. With its concentrated formula, it is recommended to use the product as is without diluting it with water. For optimal results, it is suggested to use RESINAWAY® in conjunction with an ultrasonic cleaning bath, although it can also be used with a soft brush if an ultrasonic bath is not available. To use RESINAWAY®, simply submerge the printed object in the cleaning agent until all traces of uncured resin are completely removed. Once clear of resin, the object should be removed from the solution, and any remaining liquid can be removed by either using compressed air or patting it dry with a lint-free cloth. To ensure the best finish, the part should then be post-cured using a recommended LED 405nm light until the surface becomes tack-free, which typically takes around 5 minutes at 30 watts. Finally, the part should be rinsed under running tap water. In addition to cleaning printed objects, RESINAWAY® can also be used to clean vats, build plates, instruments, and surfaces. For these applications, it is suitable to rinse, soak, or wipe with RESINAWAY®, followed by washing with fresh water. Overall, RESINAWAY® offers a convenient and effective solution for safely and efficiently removing uncured resin from printed objects and related equipment, ensuring professional and high-quality results.

  • This is an inductive sensor for 3d printers like Wanhao i3 plus mk2, D6, & D9. It will suit most other 3d printers that use magnetic proximity sensors for bed levelling. Or for any other applications where a magnetic sensor is used for proximity, detection, limit switching etc.
  • Magigoo PA adhesive is specifically designed for 3D printing with polyamide (nylon) filaments. It offers a strong adhesion to the bed for polyamide based filaments. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite for Nylon. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced Nylon & Glass Filled Nylons. When printing with higher temp filaments including Nylon 6 Carbon based filaments, if the Magigoo PA doesnt perform very well in your application, we also have Magigoo HT, which may work better in some cases. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers. For printing Nylon reliably, apply a thin layer of Magigoo PA on your print bed before printing in nylon filaments. This will ensure a successful print. If too much glue has been lacquered on, please wipe with a damp sponge & then reapply glue.
  • Magigoo Original adhesive is designed to provide optimum bed adhesion with PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG & other common materials. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments & Glass Filled materials. To 3D Print Nylon, we recommend Magigoo PA. For higher temp filaments including PEI & PEEK, we also have Magigoo HT. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. PEKK Filament is easier to print than regular PEEK filament with better layer adhesion while offering similar strength and resistance properties, & better dimensional stability than PEEK. PEKK also has a higher Tg Glass Transition Temperature than PEEK. This unique modified neat PEKK is a low warp formluation that provides dimensional stability in delivering semi-crystalline parts with no warp. Polyether Ketone Ketone (PEKK) is a semi-crystaline thermoplastic in the Polyaryletherketone family. With high heat resistance, chemical resistance , has the ability to withstand high mechanical loads, is inherent flame retardant and has unique tribological properties. PEKK Filament has a tuneable crystallization rate which allows FFF or FDM users to take advantage of both the extreme performance of PAEKs and easier processing of amorphous materials. Made in Netherlands by 3d4makers using Lehvoss genuine luvocom resin. We always recommend an active heated chamber for 3d printing all advnaced materials including PEKK. But this particular grade gives you a good chance of printing simpler smaller parts without a heated chamber. 200g roll in a natural brown beige colour. Want to 3d print this material routinely? Consider our Creatbot PEEK-300 industrial material 3d printer.

  • Luvocom PAHT CF Filament by 3D4Makers in Netherlands

This is our flagship High Strength & High Temp Nylon 6 with Carbon Fibre, which can handle a whopping 120C continuous service temperature while offering a 130 MPa strength. Despite being a Nylon 6, it has a low moisture absorption formula so it won't get soft quickly like cheaper Nylon's do. Nylon 12 offers better moisture reduction properties, but Nylon 6 is stronger & handles more heat. So This Nylon 6 aims to give you the best of both worlds. 1.75mm 750g roll.

    Nylon PA6 3D Filament Made in Netherlands by 3D4Makers - 750g 2.85mm

Luvocom® 3F PAHT 9825 NT Filament is a Low Moisture High-temperature polyamide that doesn't have Carbon Fiber in it. High Strength, High Flexibility, High Surface Abrasion Resistance, Excellent Chemical & Petroleum Resistance. Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. This roll of Nylon PA6 in 2.85mm designed to work with most 3mm compatible 3d printers like Creatbot, Ultimaker, Taz etc Its water uptake takes about 4 times longer to reach saturation point compared to other PA6 on the market. And its saturation point is 5 times lower than conventional PA6 materials, meaning it has very little mositure rentention.  This particular engineering polymer grade is tailored made for the 3D printing industry to match the injection molding strength requirements and focusing on the serial production of end-parts. The filament can be used on conventional FFF / FDM 3D printing systems due to the enhanced printability, & improved layer bonding even without the use of a heated chamber.
