Esun Wood filament has around 15% wood fiber in it. This is a 1Kg roll. The colour is a lighter shade of wood, similar to bamboo. This is not just 'wood coloured' PLA - the material actually has wood powder in it. It also has the surface finish comparable to wood / bamboo. It can sanded just like mdf sheets, & can even be coated with a layer of Polyurethane. Kindly note that since this is real wood powder, there can be some batch to batch variation in the shade of the material. So it may look slightly different to the photo above.

Creatbot F series 1.75mm Teflon lined Heat Brake Tube

Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects the hot block into the extruder mechanism. This is the teflon tube lined version which makes it easy to print PLA, PETg etc thanks to the teflon liner. But it will only operate up to 260C, please do not print hotter than that else you will damage the teflon liner. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints. We're really proud to be the first to introduce this highly sought after Nylon 12 grade Carbon Reinforced 3d filament in New Zealand. Most other filaments are Nylon 6. Our PA12 opens up possibilities that PA6 might not be capable enough to handle. Nylon PA12 far less moisture absorption making PA12 CF more suited to use in close aqueous or wet conditions even in contact with water. PA6 can get soft if it left in water for very long. Nylon 12 also handles much hotter temperatures, is much stiffer than Nylon 6, & even stronger - better than Nylon 6/6 as well. Nylon 12 also has excellent anti static properties. It is also UL94 V2 Flame Retardant for a continuous running temp of 120C making it perfect for electronics housings. Please be aware that Carbon Fiber however is slightly conductive, so if you need insulative properties, then the Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon Filament will be a better choice. This is a 1Kg reel of 1.75mm filament. Carbon Fiber is always matte Black in colour (a very dark grey)

This is grade 83A flexible filament which is very elastic, & comparable to grades like 85A which was made popular by NinjaFlex. Thermoplastic Elastomeric is a broad category of flexible plastic filaments. TPU filament is a flexible TPE material. This is best used with a good direct drive drive extruder 3d printer like Creatbot, FlashForge Creator, some Prusa, etc without requiring extensive modifications. It is not ideal for use with bowden head 1.75mm 3d printers like Creality Ender, however, you still have a chance at using our other 87A with a cheaper bowden machine. For cheaper bowden machines we recommend you start with Grade 95A as it is most likely to print successfully. This is a 1 KG roll of 1.75mm Flexible plastic filament. Wood 3D Printer Filament in NZ
Our Wood Filament has over 20% of real MDF fibres to give a true wood like texture & effect. It has a slightly grainy texture as you would expect from wood, contrary to some wood filaments which look quite tacky & plastic like in their feel. It can be sanded just like mdf sheets, & can even be coated with a layer of Polyurethane just like real wood! This is not just 'wood colour' - the material actually has milled wood in it that can even bond to traditional wood glues. You can use similar settings as normal PLA for a start. It is highly recommended that you use a thicker diameter nozzle (0.6mm or similar instead of the standard 0.4mm nozzles), but 0.4mm can also work. Start off by 3d printing with wood at 0.25mm (250 micron) layer height with 230 deg extruder at 40mm/s speed. Please note that since this is made using real wood fibers, there can be some batch to batch colour variation. So the filament shade can look slightly different to what you see on the screen.

This is the Full Matal hot end which doesn't have a teflon liner inside, allowing you to easily print Carbon Fiber as well as high temp materials up to 450C. If you are new to 3d printing, you might find it useful to start with the other Teflon lined heat brake version as it can be easier to print common materials like PLA & ABS with that one. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. Thermoplastic Elastomeric is a broad category of flexible plastic filaments. This grade works well with most popular direct drive extruder 3d printers including Creatbot, Makerbot, FlashForge Creator, Prusa, Wanhao, etc without requiring extensive modifications. It is not the best choice for Bowden style 3d printers, but it has a better chance of working with them over the softer 83 or 85 TPU.. However, for beginners, we sometimes recommend printing those sorts of entry level materials with the standard temp hot end which has a teflon liner, which aids the smoother flow of PLA. So its a little more forgiving for times when your settings may not be quite perfect. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately.

This is a 3 pack. It has 3x Phrozen ACF Films for 15" LCD Resin 3D Printers The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowerst peel force so suction forces are minised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printing high performance enginering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a sginifcatly bettter non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for the biggest of printers like Phrozen Mega 8K 15", Transform 13", etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have multiple ACFs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components. Creatbot F series Printers Head Cartridge Heater

Suitable for all Creatbot F series 3d printers including F430, F160, & their PEEK edition 3d printers. These are genuine Creatbot supplied 24V 60W cartridge heaters which can handle up to 450C reliably. We don't recommend cheaper 40W heaters as they only go to 250C reliably. Creatbot high temp hot ends support up to 420C so please be mindful the heater you use i Standard Tube Cartridge Heater that slots inside the hot block. Has a small connector to plug on the board so its really easy to install.

Creatbot D series 3D Printer Throat Tube Heat Brake

Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects onto the heat sink on top & the nozzle goes at the bottom. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints. Will suit all Creatbot D series 3D Printers we sell including DM, DX, DE, the Plus versions, & the older D600 3mm machines

3D Filament Spool Holder External Roller

These simple external filament rollers can be used to put filament rolls of any size outside your printer & feed into the 3d printer. Great to load 3kg spools of filament into smaller printers. This works easily with rolls of any size including 1kg, 3kg, 5kg etc. The bearings allow rolls to turn freely, regardless of weight. The 2 pieces can be placed as far or as near as possible, based on the width of the rolls. Particularly useful for small light weight 3d printers which would otherwise topple when a heavy roll was mounted on them.
