  • These simple external filament rollers can be used to put filament rolls of any size outside your printer & feed into the 3d printer. Great to load 3kg spools of filament into smaller printers. This works easily with rolls of any size including 1kg, 3kg, 5kg etc. The bearings allow rolls to turn freely, regardless of weight. The 2 pieces can be placed as far or as near as possible, based on the width of the rolls. Particularly useful for small light weight 3d printers which would otherwise topple when a heavy roll was mounted on them.  
  • Book a service or repair for your 3d printer to be done at our office. Please drop off or ship the machine to us. This can include repair or standard maintenance related issues. This booking includes up to 1 hour of our time in repairing or servicing the machine. Please read our Terms of Repair here: https://3dprintingservices.co.nz/3d-printer-repair-service/ Pay particular attention to the points in Bold. By purchasing the repair service, you agree to the terms in full. If your machine can't be fixed, or parts are not available for example, then we will discuss those options with you. But kindly note you will still have to pay the first hour fee as our minimum assessment charge regardless of whether the machine can be repaired or not. If the 3d printer can't be brought over, we also offer a call out service to your site, mainly in the Auckland region.   • Genuine Creatbot door handles. These are the slim thin silver coloured aluminum door handles on newer Creatbot 3d printers with hinged doors. They are the smaller size (approx 80mm long), which are used for DX, DE, F160. They are also used on the rear chamber doors of the F430.   • This is the Touch Sensor used on many 3d printers like our Creatbot F430 & new D600 for the Z axi homing & auto level. If the probe tip bends or breaks, you can easily replace the probe. After many months of High Temperature printing, it is common for the probe's internal magnetism to get demagnetised due to the heat in the chamber. This can cause it to stop clicking on & off. Please replace the probe as needed.

  • This is the feeder gear that pushes filament inside the extruder on Creatbot F430, PEEk300, D600 Pro v1, & F160 series 3d printers. These cogs are made of hardened nickel stainless steel composite for optimum durability without being brittle. Most cheaper black feeders are made of carbide steel that can crack teeth & cause a jam in the hot end. This drive gear is mounted on the stepper motor inside the head. It is the cog that grips the filament & pushes it down the heat brake towards the hot end. Needs to be changed after a while when its teeth start to wear. Will wear more if using lots of Carbon or Glass Filled filaments.

This is the Full Matal hot end which doesn't have a teflon liner inside, allowing you to easily print Carbon Fiber as well as high temp materials up to 450C. If you are new to 3d printing, you might find it useful to start with the other Teflon lined heat brake version as it can be easier to print common materials like PLA & ABS with that one. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints. But it will only operate up to 260C, please do not print hotter than that else you will damage the teflon liner. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints. Will suit all Mk8 head 3d printers including all the Creatbot F series 3D Printers we sell: Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430, F430 PEEK edition, PEEK-300, & D600 Pro 3d printers Our nozzles are individually Machined (not die casted & pressed like cheaper nozzles). The internal orifice & crucible shape of the nozzle is carefully manufactured, meaning you get less jams & clean flow without ripples. They will out last most cheaper nozzles on the market, & provide more consistent & reliable feeding as the diameter is accurate. These nozzles will work fine with all Mk8 thread extruder hot ends. So no matter your 3d printer, try out a higher quality nozzle that causes less problems & needs less changing. We stock a wide range of nozzle diameters 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 & 1mm. Please choose your size from the dropdown. We also sell Stainless Steel & hardened Martensitic steel nozzles which are superior to brass nozzles as they last longer.   • This motor is used in the Creatbot F430 3d printer. It is the X axi motor that connects on the linear rail to move the head left to right. This is the motor only, not the fan/heatsink. Please remember to put the heatsink & fan from your old motor onto the new motor.
  • If you find that the machine can't detect filament despite loading it, then this sensor may need replacing. Before replacing the sensor, ensure there is no filament shard inside obstructing it. And also check that the limit switch inside has not bent. Such fixes are simple & may not need replacing the whole sensor. In some machines such as the previous F430's, the sensor board is mounted on the head. On newer PEEK300 & D600 pro 2, the sensor board is mounted in the filament chamber on the aluminum housing as per the photo above.

  • Power Interruption Circuit board for Creatbot desktop series D & F series 3d printers including DM , DX / DX Plus & DE / DE Plus 3D, F160 / F160 PEEK & F430 PEEK 3D Printer Printers. For D600 PRO series, PEEK 300 & F1000 series, please contact us for the appropriate part. This circuit board detects if there is a power failure while your Creatbot 3d printer is printing. Then when power resumes & the printer is started, the option to resume to resume the existing print is offered. This circuit is not critical, & the printer can still continue to be used with the board's white wire unplugged. Locations where there are excessive power outages seem to cause this board to blow out more frequently than other places. This is mainly because of spikes & voltage fluctuations in such locations. If you experience the need to frequently replace these, we recommend connecting your printer through a spike protector.
  • Creatbot S-PAHT is a dedicated breakaway support filament optimised to work with high temp Nylons & Poly Carbonates. This gives you a smooth surface finish where the support is removed. If you print supports with the same material as the part, the area where support sticks is usually rough. Breakaway supports fix this problem by providing more contact while being easy to break off. Dual extruder 3d printers or multi material systems or AMS are required to use support materials.

    These are jewellery grade snipping side cutters. They have a flat blade on the cutting edge, meaning they can cut quite close to surface. They are great to remove tiny bits of plastic or some support material without hurting yourself. This humble tool might look like any ordinary cutter, but its much more! The blades sharpened edges are at a horizontal angle & designed to cut close to the part surface. The spring loaded handles allow for careful & controlled cutting.   • Esun eFlex 87A TPU Flexible 3D Printing Filament

    This is grade 87A TPU which is quite flexible, yet slightly easier to 3d print than the softer grade like NinjaFlex 85A or TPE Elastic 83A. Thermoplastic Elastomeric is a broad category of flexible plastic filaments. This grade works well with most popular direct drive extruder 3d printers including Creatbot, Makerbot, FlashForge Creator, Prusa, Wanhao, etc without requiring extensive modifications. It is not the best choice for Bowden style 3d printers, but it has a better chance of working with them over the softer 83 or 85 TPU.. For cheaper bowden machines like Creality Ender, we recommend you start with Grade 95A as it is is easier to print. This is a 1 KG roll of 1.75mm Natural coloured Flexible plastic filament, slightly opague. If you want very rubbery stretchy prints that could even be used for some gaskets, please see our 83A filament. If you want very durable rubbery 3d prints that exhibit some similarity to HDPE / LDPE then please consider PA Nylon Filament

Esun ePA12+CF builds on esun's ePA12 formula by offering reduced moisture absorption, lower warping, greater stiffness, & improved layer adhesion. It is also UL94 V2 Flame Retardant for a continuous running temp of 120C making it perfect for electronics housings. Please be aware that Carbon Fiber however is slightly conductive, so if you need insulative properties, then the Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon Filament will be a better choice.   • Esun Wood filament has around 15% wood fiber in it. This is a 1Kg roll. The colour is a lighter shade of wood, similar to bamboo. This is not just 'wood coloured' PLA - the material actually has wood powder in it. It also has the surface finish comparable to wood / bamboo. It can sanded just like mdf sheets, & can even be coated with a layer of Polyurethane. Kindly note that since this is real wood powder, there can be some batch to batch variation in the shade of the material. So it may look slightly different to the photo above.
  • This is the long cable that connects the extruder board to the main board. Used by the Creatbot F430 3d printer. There are 2 versions of this cable. The older machines use a flat Ribbon cable. The newer machines use a Round cable. Please specify which one you would like in the shipping notes when you place the order.

It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments & Glass Filled materials, like PPS-CF, PEI-CF & PEEK-CF etc. To 3D Print Nylon, we recommend Magigoo PA as a first choice, & if that doesn't suit well for your particular filament, then try this Magigoo HT. For common materials like PLA, ABS etc, we recommend buying the Magigoo original glue. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers. For printing advanced materials reliably, apply a thin layer of Magigoo on your print bed before printing. This will ensure a successful print. If too much glue has been lacquered on, please wipe with a damp sponge & then reapply glue.
