    Wanhao i3 mk2 Magnetic Metal Mat Lower Sheet

    Genuine Wanhao Branded lower metal sheet to be stuck on the printer platform, on which you can then use magnetic mats & magnetic sensors. This is used on Wanhao i3 Mk2 (also called i3 v2) 3d printers, the new version of D5s, & other such machines. This is not the actual print surface, its the metal sheet on which the build surface sticks magnetically. For older version of the i3 please buy the other BuildTak style bed mat which has glue on one side. Works extremely well for most materials like PLA, ABS & PETG.

With our Ultrasonic 40KHz industrial style washer & a Heated UV Curer, you will speed up your post processing time down to just 15 mins. Thats just 15 mins from when your print is out to when a usable part is in your hand. Standard curers do not heat the chamber. Heating not only speeds up the cure, but more importantly, it significantly improves the internal structural integrity of your part. Normal washer devices tend to rely only on the standard dissolution rate of resin into the cleaner. Whereas ultrasonic cleaners actively separate the resin stuck to the part with a 40KHz wave, thus speeding up the cleaning process dramatically.     Poly-Carbonate is commonly referred to as just PC is one of the most capable Functional Polymers in the world. What is 'Pure' PC ? PC is the King of cost-effective engineering thermoplastics - High Temperature resistance, UV stability & Flame Retarding.

    Flame retardant level: UL94：V2 Print temperature range: 235~260℃;

    Each Esun spool is 0.5Kg in 1.75mm Pure PC handles a whooping 140C continuous operating temperature - only to be beaten by PEI / PEEK ABS will only handle 85C in most continuous high temperature applications. You can boil water in pure PC but you cant if its ABS blended. Pure PC is thus common in food containers as it can handle everything. The vast majority of PolyCarb 3D Filament used is mixed with ABS & thus called ABS-PC. While ABS blended PC is slightly better than ABS, it loses the biggest benefits of PC 3D Printing PC has some challenges but it is very easy to get right. Heat the bed as hot as your machine supports, ideally 110C +. Use a PEI sheet for bed adhesion. Please see our popular 300x300 PEI sheets here. Using active chamber heating is highly recommend as PC warps a lot. Note: PC Fumes have a strong odour. We recommend you use PC only with an enclosed 3d printer. If you must use an open frame unit, please setup extraction or at least have very good active ventilation. For frequent Polycarbonate 3d printing, consider a machine with active chamber filters, like our Creatbot F430

Though sunlight has UV in it, there is very less intensity of 405nm wavelenth UV that is needed to cure 3d prints. Enough UV to give you a sun burn, sure. But to cure a 3d print - not really. The correct UV wavelength is able to penetrate part surface, sunlight can not. Sunlight will also heat up your model much more than the UV you would get to polymerise the liquid. Curing in the sun heats up models unevenly, & causes distortion. A curer rotates as it exposes UV, thereby raising the part temperature evenly. This improves the interlayer adhesion & creates strong components that exhibit the qualities the resin makers expected you to achieve. A poorly cured part is not a safe practise - you don't want these monomers floating everywhere long term. Curing 3d printed parts correctly, is important so that things are not contaminated. And people are safe to touch them.

    Monocure Resinaway ezy wipes

    RESINAWAY® is a powerful cleaning agent designed specifically for removing uncured resin from printed objects. With its concentrated formula, it is recommended to use the product as is without diluting it with water. For optimal results, it is suggested to use RESINAWAY® in conjunction with an ultrasonic cleaning bath, although it can also be used with a soft brush if an ultrasonic bath is not available. To use RESINAWAY®, simply submerge the printed object in the cleaning agent until all traces of uncured resin are completely removed. Once clear of resin, the object should be removed from the solution, and any remaining liquid can be removed by either using compressed air or patting it dry with a lint-free cloth. To ensure the best finish, the part should then be post-cured using a recommended LED 405nm light until the surface becomes tack-free, which typically takes around 5 minutes at 30 watts. Finally, the part should be rinsed under running tap water. In addition to cleaning printed objects, RESINAWAY® can also be used to clean vats, build plates, instruments, and surfaces. For these applications, it is suitable to rinse, soak, or wipe with RESINAWAY®, followed by washing with fresh water. Overall, RESINAWAY® offers a convenient and effective solution for safely and efficiently removing uncured resin from printed objects and related equipment, ensuring professional and high-quality results.

    Martensitic Steel Best 3D Printer Nozzle Creatbot F 0.4mm

    Best Quality Creatbot Martensitic Hardened Steel nozzle for 1.75mm 3d printers. Martensitic Steel nozzles are the best nozzles presently avaialble. They are the most durable nozzles compared to brass or stainless steel. Hardened martensitic steel allows much cleaner retractions than brass nozzles, which interestingly also improves the overall print quality. These nozzles can be used with Carbon Fiber filaments, however please be advised 0.4mm is on the edge, its a bit small for carbon to flow through well. Milled Carbon Fiber Nylon when printing small parts should be ok, but for larger longer prints, recommend using 0.6mm nozzles. These are well suited particularly for advanced materials that print at ultra high temps like PEEK, PEI Ultem, PPSU etc. Our nozzles are individually machined for optimum precision & longer life (not just die casted like cheap nozzles).     Magnetic Bed Mat Upper 400x400mm (or as 4 pieces 200x200mm)

    Wanhao Branded Magnetic upper Mat 420mm x 420mm size. These stick on the metal sheets on the 3d printer bed. These mats are for use on Wanhao D9 400 mk1 3d printer which has a 400x400mm build area, or on i3 plus mk2 3D Printers which have 180x180mm area. For the i3 plus mk2 which uses a 200x200mm mat, you can buy this large mat & easily cut it into 4 equal parts. For older version which doesnt use the magnetic sensor, please buy the other BuildTak style bed mat. Works extremely well for most materials like PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU etc.

These guys are awesome. I used to buy my filament from overseas for my projects and needed something in a hurry and went looking for something local. I'm so glad I did. Sent them an email explaining what I was trying to achieve and asked for their advice. They responded promptly and recommend a basic 3d printer which turned out absolutely fit for purpose. Ordered online and with good communication i had printer within days. Will definitely return when I upgrade. This printing stuff is very addictive.
