Introducing the Flashforge Heated Curer FC3
To get professional resin 3d prints, you need to cure them not only with UV, but also with the correct amount of heat during that UV curing process. When resin cures, it generates heat. A heated chamber keeps the part at an already uniform temperature, so when the part cures, the internal sections cure in a stable environment, so it reduces distortion & also crystallises the polymer chains evenly. Most curers on the market lack the active heating system needed to correctly cure the internal cross section of your part. Resin cures not only with UV, but accelerates its curing with heat under UV. In standard curers, the UV exposure happens in an uneven way, that can causes the resin to heat abnormally & leads to part distortion. For strong, consistent, & factory quality parts from your LCD & LP resin 3d printers, a heated curer is a must. -

This is a brand of glue that we have found to work really well on all beds for all 3d printers. You will need glue when 3d printing with Nylon, Carbon Fibre, PolyPropylene, & other materials that don't like to stick to other surfaces. Just apply a thin layer of this glue on a warm build surface, & print directly on it. Please take care that if printing directly on glass beds then some materials can crack the bed when taking it off after using glue. We recommend you buy a PEI sheet first if you plan to print a material with glue. This is a PVA based glue that easily wipes off with a damp cloth. Reapply only as needed. Less is more with Glue when used for 3d printing. 20g glue stick

Luvocom® 3F PAHT 9825 NT Filament is a Low Moisture High-temperature polyamide that doesn't have Carbon Fiber in it. High Strength, High Flexibility, High Surface Abrasion Resistance, Excellent Chemical & Petroleum Resistance. Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. This roll of Nylon PA6 in 2.85mm designed to work with most 3mm compatible 3d printers like Creatbot, Ultimaker, Taz etc Its water uptake takes about 4 times longer to reach saturation point compared to other PA6 on the market. And its saturation point is 5 times lower than conventional PA6 materials, meaning it has very little mositure rentention. This particular engineering polymer grade is tailored made for the 3D printing industry to match the injection molding strength requirements and focusing on the serial production of end-parts. Luvocom® 3F PEKK 50082 3D Filament
PEKK Filament is easier to print than regular PEEK filament with better layer adhesion while offering similar strength and resistance properties, & better dimensional stability than PEEK. PEKK also has a higher Tg Glass Transition Temperature than PEEK. This unique modified neat PEKK is a low warp formluation that provides dimensional stability in delivering semi-crystalline parts with no warp. Polyether Ketone Ketone (PEKK) is a semi-crystaline thermoplastic in the Polyaryletherketone family. With high heat resistance, chemical resistance , has the ability to withstand high mechanical loads, is inherent flame retardant and has unique tribological properties. PEKK Filament has a tuneable crystallization rate which allows FFF or FDM users to take advantage of both the extreme performance of PAEKs and easier processing of amorphous materials. Polyether Ketone Ketone (PEKK) is a semi-crystaline thermoplastic in the Polyaryletherketone family. This is an inductive sensor for 3d printers like Wanhao i3 plus mk2, D6, & D9. It will suit most other 3d printers that use magnetic proximity sensors for bed levelling. Or for any other applications where a magnetic sensor is used for proximity, detection, limit switching etc.

Wanhao Branded Magnetic upper Mat 420mm x 420mm size. These stick on the metal sheets on the 3d printer bed. These mats are for use on Wanhao D9 400 mk1 3d printer which has a 400x400mm build area, or on i3 plus mk2 3D Printers which have 180x180mm area. For the i3 plus mk2 which uses a 200x200mm mat, you can buy this large mat & easily cut it into 4 equal parts. For older version which doesnt use the magnetic sensor, please buy the other BuildTak style bed mat. Works extremely well for most materials like PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU etc.

RESINAWAY® is a powerful cleaning agent designed specifically for removing uncured resin from printed objects. With its concentrated formula, it is recommended to use the product as is without diluting it with water. For optimal results, it is suggested to use RESINAWAY® in conjunction with an ultrasonic cleaning bath, although it can also be used with a soft brush if an ultrasonic bath is not available. To use RESINAWAY®, simply submerge the printed object in the cleaning agent until all traces of uncured resin are completely removed. Once clear of resin, the object should be removed from the solution, and any remaining liquid can be removed by either using compressed air or patting it dry with a lint-free cloth. To ensure the best finish, the part should then be post-cured using a recommended LED 405nm light until the surface becomes tack-free, which typically takes around 5 minutes at 30 watts. Finally, the part should be rinsed under running tap water. In addition to cleaning printed objects, RESINAWAY® can also be used to clean vats, build plates, instruments, and surfaces. For these applications, it is suitable to rinse, soak, or wipe with RESINAWAY®, followed by washing with fresh water. Overall, RESINAWAY® offers a convenient and effective solution for safely and efficiently removing uncured resin from printed objects and related equipment, ensuring professional and high-quality results.

This is the upgraded 265C higher temp nozzle for the FlashForge Adventurer 3. It can be used instead of the standard 240C temperature nozzles in all compatible FlashForge adverturer 3 3d printers. This is also an easy switch nozzle, they look & work exactly like the previous 240C nozzle with the added advantage of printing to a slightly higher temperture. Though sunlight has UV in it, there is very less intensity of 405nm wavelenth UV that is needed to cure 3d prints. Enough UV to give you a sun burn, sure. But to cure a 3d print - not really. The correct UV wavelength is able to penetrate part surface, sunlight can not. Sunlight will also heat up your model much more than the UV you would get to polymerise the liquid. Curing in the sun heats up models unevenly, & causes distortion. A curer rotates as it exposes UV, thereby raising the part temperature evenly. This improves the interlayer adhesion & creates strong components that exhibit the qualities the resin makers expected you to achieve. This is the genuine tapered full metal angled build platform for Phrozen Sonic Mini & Mini 4K 3D printers. It is a fully angled bed to allow the resin to flow down smoothly. Phrozen Wash Resin Cleaning liquid - The Best Resin 3D Print Cleaning
Phrozen’s Wash Resin Cleaner is a powerful cleaning agent that dissolves uncured UV resin. Allows you to wash your printed models by either spraying or soaking it directly into the liquid. It is very low viscosity cleaning liquid, no sud (non foaming) so works extremely well in Ultra Sonic cleaners & debinders. This Resin Cleaner has almost no odor & is not flammable like IPA. It works perfectly for standard resin as well as Water wash resins! Please note these come in 5 Liter Jugs. However, we offer these in 1L bottles by filling them from the 5L jug. A nice light grey with a little bit of sheen but not shiny like silver. This is not a flat ugly gray colour either. It is very good for architecture where you need to show cement concerete or need a textured RCC block look. We also sell a Silver shiny Grey which is called Silver PLA. It is great for a metal like finish, so please buy that if you want a nice shine. And also have a dark gun metal Gray if you want a proper Dark Grey. Solid opague colour, not translucent.
